Mexico is not known for having the best desserts, but man do they make some tasty concoctions none the less. If you're unfamiliar with how this works, the closest word I can find to convey what you will typically order is, 'abominations'. If everything is too overwhelming or too different, try the Fresas Con Crema (Strawberries and cream), which is a mixture of fresh strawberry, Mexican cream, granola, and whipped cream. My wife craves this every strawberry season, and theirs is quite delicious.

Service was quick and friendly and the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. Definitely a new favorite spot when I have the cravings.

Was here for the week for a ski trip and came here almost every night. These guys are serving up some serious ice cream. So many great flavors and options, I wish I had more time to dry different flavors and menu items. Pictured is the brownie sundae. You can't even see the brownie because of how much ice cream and whipped cream is on top. Which is amazing. But the brownie was under there, and everything mixed together with the hot fudge and sprinkles was an incredible experience. It's probably something you'd want to split, but I powered through by myself. Would definitely recommend Handels to anyone looking for some good ice cream.
