Servers behind the counter greeted us with smiles, shared some info on special flavors, and made our dishes perfectly. Went to the cold stone and told them I was a celiac and was allergic to wheat... They proceeded to slap my sweet cream down on a slab and mixed the raspberries in... when I got my ice cream I started to eat it... I noticed black pieces in it... come to find out, it was small pieces of gluten filled Oreo cooking mashed up throughout. Made my stomach ache badly and I was livid. I would not recommend going to this place at all especially with it being filthy and these teenager's who don't care or realize how serious allergies can be.... I also have three children who also have celiacs disease. My youngest would have had to go to hospital as she's is terribly fragile with this disease. Go to SNELGROVE'S! Much better ice cream- the family also has celiacs that own the stores and are able to scoop from the back area- they use a new clean scooper and they even carry amazing sugar ones all gluten free- very cautious and extremely CLEAN stores at both locations I have been to! Definitely worth the extra few miles!! I will NEVER go to a cold stone again- careless, dirty and teenagers clearly not trained to deal with allergies! read more

My co-workers and I went here at 10pm at night and there was a line. The staff did an excellent job of ensuring that everyone was served and with a smile. The milk shake I got was delicious! The ambiance was very casual. read more

Disappointing when you live 25 minutes away and Apple and Google maps says they are open but then you get there and the open sign is turned off. I do see on the window the hours posted are an hour different than online outlets are telling me so maybe they just need to change it. BUT as I am sitting reading the hours in the window I notice teenagers in the back smoking vape pens like it was a game. Now, I understand the hours could have recently been changed and online hasn't been updated yet but when I drive almost half an hour to the store for them to be closed and then see teens vaping in the back makes me very disappointed in the business itself. Store was very dirty at 11 a.m. in the morning. Counters and glass were smeared with ice cream drips. Tables were dirty from day before.

Holy crap it was ridiculous today, the 2 girls working wouldn't stop talking to each other while there was a long line of customers, they literally stopped helping and talked while a family was waiting to check out, it's not relief society meeting girls talk after the line of waiting customers is gone. We've been hearing rumors about Cold Stone taking a downhill turn, but decided to head over after dinner to satisfy our sweet tooth. We shouldn't have. We were extremely disappointed with the results. We ordered two Founders Favorites and had to substitute the sweet cream ice cream for cheesecake ice cream. When we asked, we were told they were out of sweet cream, despite us having watched one of the workers use sweet cream (from a new container that she then left on the counter in plain view) for the order in front of us. That same worker then disappeared into the back room and left her coworker alone with a full line in the store. We also ordered a Creat Your Own with cheesecake ice cream (because we were told again that they were "completely out" of sweet cream), raspberries, caramel, and brownies. The worker who had made the Founders Favorites - and therefor used the brownies already - waited until the last minute of mixing to state that they were out of brownies. We opted for Oreos instead. Our last order is in the pictures. It was supposed to be The Way The Cookie Crumbles which, according to their menu, is meant to have double the Oreo cookies. This place doesn't particularly stand out among other coldstone locations. The tables are often dirty. I have been several times over a span of 3-4 years. The employees have always been kind enough, once again kind of standard. Nothing stands out in my memory. I believe personally that Coldstone is overrated. Completely over priced as well. I mean the ice cream is okay, but nothing special, I would never go out of my way to go to a cold stone specifically. The smoothies are also good, but not amazing. I also have tasted the caramel apples a few times. The apples were pretty okay too. Pretty average for a dessert parlor. The free samples are nice. read more

Pros: Friendly service and the variety is great. Cons: They sing if you tip them (i know its their job, but its weird to me) The ice cream tastes artificial and gummy, its expensive. There is noting wrong with it, I just prefer creamy milky ice cream and no singing. read more

Great place for ice cream done your way. The line is usually fast. I always try to mix 2 ice cream flavors then add a couple mix ins. If your not sure what flavors go well together they have a board with many ideas. They will also sing a tune if you tip, if that's not your thing you can ask them to skip the song. read more

If you or anyone in your family has a food allergy, avoid this place. They almost sent me to the ER because somehow they mixed tree nuts in with my order. Luckily I noticed that they did this on my first bite. I'm pretty conscious of what I eat and order because my allergy is so severe so either staff mixed stuff together without thinking or Cold Stone has no protocol for this. read more
