She refused even a partial refund but apologized for changing my order. Waste of $50. I would not recommend this baker. The cupcakes were also very dry, unfortunately but I wouldn't have minded that if they were the flavor I signed off on in my order. I understand mistakes are made, but a good business takes care of their customers and tries to make it right. She also said she made extra for me to be nice but honestly, I would have preferred the correct cupcakes and less of them :(.
