I was advertised a coupon for a mango smoothie and I signed up. I was in this area and decided to stop by. I ordered and it wasn't too long of a wait. There was at least one car on the drive thru and only 2 employees. The smoothie itself was really delicious! It tasted super fresh and I could taste more than just mango. The drive-thru was busy, so I went in to save some time. The employees were so nice and they acknowledged me right away when I first came in. The order was a little slow, but I was okay with it. I was excited when I received my bowl. I ate in the car and it was super tasty! I feel healthy as I was munching on it. Me and my girlfriend went there today. The service was good but the smoothies weee not. Both of us tried them once we had left and they both tasted odd and they were not a smoothie consistency they were pure liquid. After trying them and giving it a few hours both of us ended up being sick to our stomach and throwing up. wont be coming back. read more

Pretty good açaí bowl, wish they would give a scoop of peanut butter on the bowl itself instead of mixing it into the açaí. That was my mistake though, next time will ask for a scoop on top. Also wish they had more options of a variety of fruits on the bowl. Overall fruit was fresh, bowl was made quickly, and the açaí didn't melt in a minute or two like other places. Bowl has a good crunch from the chia seeds and granola but also the creaminess that's desired from the açaí. Definitely going to be a place I come back to whenever craving açaí. read more

So they now make tips mandatory by shoving a Covid-ridden dirty iPad in your hands, from non-masked non-gloved staff who will make audible fun of you if you don't tip. Pretty good acai bowl and they are fairly priced in comparison to other acai places I have been to in the area. I usually get the classic acai which comes with Apple Juice, Mangos, Blueberries, Bananas Topped with: Granola, Honey, Coconut, Bananas, Strawberries, Blueberries. A really good mix of fruits and granola to go along with the sweet but slightly tart acai they serve. This is typically the only place i go to for acai because they are usually very consitant with their quality and quantity they provide. The only downside is tht most of the time the wait after ordering is about 10 minutes, other than that this place is fantastic! read more

Save yourself some money and buy a Vitamix to make your own smoothies for the next ten years. I went here for the first time this last week and was very impressed by the customer service. The lady at the window was kind and patient while I tried to figure out which smoothies I wanted to get. However, the actual smoothie was so artificial tasting. It didn't taste fresh at all. Instead, it has a syrup flavor to it. I think it's because of the sherbert that they put in many of their smoothies. Each of the smoothies that we got tasted that way. If you like the taste of sherbet, then you'll love this place. read more

My friend and I hit up this Roxberry at least twice a week after the gym. Her favorite is the Blood cleanser because she loves beets. I love the iron strong, because it's pretty tart. I love tart smoothies and the little chunks of lime you get in it make it that much better. The staff is also very friendly. We saw a sign mentioning a MYSTERY SMOOTHIE, and asked about it. The employee went and got it out of the freezer to show us. I guess it's different everyday but it's consisted of different frozen levels of the extras of previously made smoothies. Kind of cool, and only for $2! The employee mentioned that they try to make them so that the flavors when melted would taste good together. Only thing I wish was different would be a monthly smoothie pass. Lol. I'd love to pay like $30 to have an unlimited smoothie pass for the month. read more

We all enjoyed our order see photo and pricing. We got a BoGo deal. Nice new location located in shopping area as Walmart and Sams. It's so convenient. Everyone there was so friendly and inviting. All of the ladies were just so kind. I missed a deal and they acknowledged another one for me being that this was my first time there. I asked for a surprise drink and I got the Iron Rod (I believe) taste like pineapple and it has spinach and I couldn't tell but it was very very refreshing. It was exactly what I needed. OMG! This was literally the worst drive-thru experience of my LIFE! That sounds like an exaggeration but it is not! We waited for THIRTY MINUTES. 30!!!! Out of control. There were 4 young girls working, no one looked like they had any idea what was going on. The asked us for payment, 10 minutes after we'd paid and only made one of our smoothies, to begin with...it was a nightmare. I know the store is new and it takes awhile for everyone to be sure they know what they're doing but this was RIDICULOUS!!! Whoever thought these girls were competent to be running the store, alone, was very wrong. I'm not 30 minutes late to work, because I got trapped in your drive-thru! All of that being said, my smoothie was amazing. That's why you're getting 2 stars instead of the 1 your staff deserves. read more

I have been to this location many times and always had excellent service. I went today and there was a young gentleman helping us. He showed exceptional customer service. I was so impressed, I wish I would have gotten his name. He was sweet and very understanding. I highly recommend this place. I had the strawbanna squeeze and it was delicious. The chocolate crave is delicious as well. I have a medical condition where I can only have small amounts of dairy but nothing here bothers me. I went to this location to try it out, I usually go to the one in jordan landing but this one is closer to my school so I went here. I ordered a 24 oz strawberry fields with light orange juice(they normally put most orange juice), I go up to the window and give my loyalty number and payment. And she hands me a smaller than normal 24 oz lol. So I had to just go or I would've been late and she gave me a 16oz but charged me for a 24OZ, and not only that but all I taste is orange juice which isn't normal even for regular portions. i am beyond disappointed. i have a deathly peanut allergy for context, i ordered their strawbanna squeeze smoothie with a scoop of protein powder. they gave me the completely wrong order, consisting of peanut butter taking a sip from that swelled up my throat so much and am having trouble breathing while writing this. they should be thankful that i'm not gonna press charges. my life is in danger after visiting this roxberry because of a lack of employee accountability and responsibility. i don't recommend this place to anyone unless if you like a bad job done on your order. read more
