I worked in management at a different Jamba Juice I went in got our usual we ordered a small pink star no soy milk and a large fruity pebbles (secret menu item) with no soy milk. he telles me it only has soy milk it's made with mixed berry and soy. I just told him oh I'll substitute with mixed berry then. as he's ringing us up another girl started making the pink star and proceeds to add soy milk so I then remind him. he made he remake it. then he rung us up for a small fruity pebbles and a medium pink star. I reminded him once again it was a large and a small he changed it charged me the extra which is fine, they then hand me a small fruity pebbles which was supposed to be a large and a large pink star which was supposed to be the small. kept the soy milk in the fruity pebble.... they weren't busy we were the only ones in there they just didn't care to do their job right. not coming back. read more

The service I received from the manager was beyond horrible. First, the manager would not honor the BOGO coupon i had which doesn't expire until November 5, 2020. Second, the manager decided to 'scoop' some of the smoothie out of the large drink into the kid size, leaving the large size cup half empty. Basically what the hell?! I've never had this happen before especially that I frequently go to Jamba Juice for 10+ years. Will never go back to this location ever again or even recommend this location either. I recently went here with a group of 18 people and had a great experience. Our orders were taken quickly and the cashier really knew what he was doing. Our 18 different drinks came out so fast! I think it probably took less that 10 minutes for all of us to order and have our drinks in hand. The staff was friendly. Overall just a great experience and the drinks were great too! First thing I see as I walk through the door is an employee greeting me with a smile. That alone makes a huge difference. The service was good and the wait was short. I was pretty happy how quick they prepared my order. I have gone to this location a few times. Haven't had any negative experiences at all. The staff have always been pretty friendly and on the ball. My ultimate favorite is the Chunky Strawberry Topper. Oh the goodness. Its pretty much like a strawberry yogurt with a blend of peanut butter to give it its awesome chunky texture (they add other stuff too of course) and then sliced banana on top with granola. I love this place! Everything is amazing! I work only a couple of seconds away so it's super convenient. My favorite smoothies are the Caribbean Passion and Strawberry Surf Rider. There is a large diversity of drinks so it's fun to try different drinks and juices until you find your favorite. The place itself is very friendly and clean and the walls are a welcoming green. The employees are awesome and nice. I can tell that they are dedicated to what they do which is nice to have your drink have that extra effort. Caribbean Passion. That's pretty much what it's all about for me at JJ. And they now offer it (along with other flavors) in a "Light" version - 1/3 the calories, carbs, and sugar than their classic version. Of course, there's a difference in taste, but it's still pretty good. This location is proportionately standard. The shop is clean, well-maintained, and smells good inside. The staff is typically inconsistent. Service ranges from stellar to "Hello? Is there a human being in there?" thanks to the teenage staff. A chief stumbling block for me is their healthy sales pitch. My faithlessness extends to their booster supplements, green/veggie mix smoothies, and their Fit and Fruity smoothies. JJ goes over the top to see that these pose as "healthy" and "light." You Make the Call: - 49g carbs/42g sugar for my standard sized above-mentioned favorite, made "Light" (classic version is 82g carbs/73g sugar). Improvement? Yes. Tasty? Yes. Healthy and light? Negative, Ghostrider. - 74g carbs/56g sugar in the standard size of the Beet and Berry smoothie. It also delivers 340 calories and 1.5 grams of fat, which is the reason they call it healthy. - The famed boosters (ie. immune, energy, and weight loss vitamins, botanicals, nutritional supplements, etc.) are a very nice idea, but generally ineffective in one dose. Even if one were to consume two smoothies a week, the dose wouldn't be enough to benefit a body in any discernible way (with the possible exception of the probiotics). If these elements are in short supply for your body, do yourself a favor and take a quality daily supplement. Secondarily, JJ is not terribly forthcoming about exactly what botanicals and supplements they use, and from where they're sourced. I have to ask myself why. Bottom line, JJ is large on flavor, creativity, and great advertising - especially as a meal on a hot afternoon. But, I still don't view it as vastly different from a Coldstone visit. If JJ really wants to achieve the distinction of being recognized as 'the' place for truly healthy treats to enrich the body and mind, they have more than a little work to do to get there. read more

I came here with my daughter for a girls day and I was not greeted upon entry, saw three people but was not acknowledged. I then got in an empty line and waited far too long for someone to come to the register. Only until I dragged my screaming daughter out because she was so upset to not get a smoothie was someone "aware" that we were there. Even after reporting to corporate, not a single acknowledgement that this type of treatment by their employees was unacceptable. This Jamba is located in a shopping plaza and by a movie theater. I like to grab a smoothie before going the theater because it is way than drinking soda, in my opinion. This store also catered an event for me. The smoothies were ready on time in a box for me to borrow (so I didn't have to bring my own cooler). They tasted great and the employees even helped me carry the boxes out to my car. They accept all forms of payment: cash, credit, and mobile wallet apps. Thanks for the great service! read more

The Jamba Juice in South Jordan is usually so great! Today, was no different. Anytime I need a cool fruity drink that is refreshing and good for me I go there and get a PeachPerfection with double the peaches and no mango. Today I got it with a boost of daily vitamin. My daughter had had some dental work done and I bribed her to go to school by telling her I would bring her a Jamba Juice for lunch. Her lunch was at noon and I got to this Jamba Juice location at 11:45. Her school is close by. They only had one person working the register and one making the smoothies. The manager kept coming out from the back but never stopped to help until I asked for help a 3rd time. However, he grabbed the order of someone who came in after me. He made rude comments to his employees while he worked. I'm guessing it is because he was forced to step up and help! I was finally able to leave at 12:11 after asking several times where my smoothie was and being told to wait. I had to check my daughter out of school to allow her time to eat! Me and another girl waited forever while people that came in after us were helped and left while we sat. I will never go to this location again! read more
