If you even slightly like pumpkin pie, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN to Jamba and get the Pumpkin Pie Crunch! I'm not even huge on pumpkin pie, but I can't stop thinking about this drink! The first sip was pure pumpkin, but a few sips in and the flavor changed. I usually avoid coconut, but the coconut resembled the whip cream on a pumpkin pie...and the granola resembled the crust. The whole drink came together to make a pumpkin pie flavor. I was in heaven! I wish they sold a size bigger than a large! I had one with my husband over the weekend, but then I snuck to Jamba during the week with my daughter and had another one (shhhhhh!). This weekend I've asked my husband to take me on a Jamba Juice date so I can get a third. Just hook me up to a Pumpkin Pie Crunch IV already! read more

The door bell when customers enter was broken so no one came up front at first. I had to enter my own order in the kiosk and even after I did that, the employees did not have a loud enough notification, so I still had to say "hello?" Very loud before they came up front. It was also impressively cold in the store, which is understandable, however all of the employees were freezing, which is why they were in the back and it sounds like they aren't allowed to wear hoodies or anything like that. If they need or should stay up front, they should be allowed to wear proper clothes so they don't freeze. They were all very friendly and sweet and my razzmatazz tastes amazing! read more

Hailey, general manager, is rude and doesn't know when birthday promotions expire yet had the audacity to tell my little niece and nephew they aren't eligible for a birthday smoothie since they haven't spent $10. They've had the app and gotten drinks before. She quoted the "terms and conditions" yet couldn't even say when the birthday smoothie promotion expires. All the staff were rude and condescending. We will not be returning, deleting the app and will stick with Roxberry from now on. read more

The workers here are so kind. We had an accident and they replaced it for us. It really was so nice of them. We will be back.

Looove Jamba Juice, it's for sure my go to when I need a ginger shot or a green juice when I'm not at home.. Always convenient, on time, easy to order online plus I like their snacks .. perfect size, empanadas are my favorite. read more

Nikole was so rude. She under filled my smoothie and gave unnecessary attitude when I asked her about it. However I'm glad Aidan was there to help and happily remade my smoothie perfectly:) read more

Jamba - Caribbean cooler(left) white gummi(right) - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - West Jordan, Utah

It was a hot afternoon and I was on my way to an outdoor event where I was going to be even more miserable hot. Then I remembered that there was a Jamba Juice not to far from where I was heading. I made a beeline over to get my hit of cool refreshment. I'm usually loyal to the Caribbean Passion, but today I tried something new-the watermelon smoothie. I'm a big fan of watermelon, so it wasn't much of a stretch for me. The service was quick and friendly. It wasn't too long before I was back on the road sippin' on fruit and juice. Laid back. With my mind on my watermelon and watermelon on my mind. Wait. No. Anyway, great juice, great service. read more

Jamba - the inside of a restaurant with menus on the wall - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - West Jordan, Utah

I have always always loved Jambi juice. They're really good in making the drinks the way you want it, the only downside is it's pretty pricey. Nearly $8 for a large fruit smoothie. read more

Jamba - Mango a go go - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - West Jordan, Utah

they served us our food but they mostly messed around with each other and took long to give us our order.

I came in 30 minutes before closing. And tried to pay with cash. They're like oh sorry we already closed the till. I was thinking... don't you usually count and close the till after you close??? Ok I just paid with my card. The guys who were making my drink I saw just throwing things together like a pitcher to a hitter in baseball. Literally threw the sherbet into the blender. I guess what can you expect with kids running the store. read more

As we all know when it comes to coffee or juices its hit or miss depending on who's making them. Im writing this review to say today 9/15/21 My smoothies were on point for sure the best I've had. We had the greens & ginger and the orange dream machine and they were tasty, well blended and not runny at all. Both smoothies were on point. The team was also busy when we arrived and got our drinks with reasonable time. I'll definitely be back if they can stay consistent. read more

I Love Jamba! So much so that I gift them to anyone who I think needs a pick me up . They are so refreshing and yummy. My favorite is the pink star, and I have them add some extra banana. So good! We also love white gummi bear, orange dream machine, and strawberries wild! Never disappoints! And the service is friendly and fast. I would recommend everyone try it! read more

I loved the service, it was my first time ever at a Jamba, and the server helped me pick out something I would like depending on my taste, in the end I got an amazing drink read more

They are absolutely excellent!!!! Their customer service is top of the line. So friendly that some of them know my name and order. There is never a long wait always quick process. Always my go to for my smoothie fill. The taste of the smoothie is really consistent which I like as I order the same thing and want the particular flavor. Highly recommend. read more

The smoothie is great. But OMG get someone else behind this counter. This is ridiculous. I have been to this location 3 times now in the past month and all 3 times I have waited more than 15 minutes and there is only one person working and a long line. It's so insane to me for all you people calling in or missing your shift or the manager who isn't scheduling properly the poor person who is stuck doing everything by themselves. read more

Mmm I am in love with the White Gummie flavor. It's part of their secret menu, so it's not listed on the board. They do have a lot flavor options both 100% fruit and not with boosts you can add to your smoothie like protein or fiber. Only downside to this place is it is overpriced. read more

Came in here looking to try their new refreshers with a friend. The coupon could only work for one so our total was around $7.43 for two small colada refreshers. One being $4.69 and the other being $2. Being that there was 4 people working and it was just 2 of us I felt like they could've made our drinks faster than 10 mins but they were too busy talking and standing around to do so. read more

Jamba - My coupon I had - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - West Jordan, Utah

Closed a half hour before closing time. Had to drive to South Jordan to go to one that sticks to the hours they have posted on website.

Always fast and friendly, great tasting smoothies. Can't go wrong for a light and healthy snack or meal! My favorite is the protein berry workout or chocolate banana and peanut butter smoothie. read more

This store is located in the Jordan Landing shopping area next to the theater. It is perfect to grab a treat before going into a movie. The store, like other shops nearby, gives you the option to sit inside or outside the to enjoy your food/smoothie. I went here for a training and the staff were super nice and fun. The store was very clean...which is really important to me when it comes to ordering food. If you order a few smoothies, they ask if you want a carrying box which definitely made it easier to go to the car. Thank you for the great service and the tasty fruit smoothies. read more

I have ben coming to this location for a few years and my last two visits have been horrible! A month ago I came in the afternoon and walked in to find an employee wrestling with friends on the ground. They were throwing straws and cups and the minute I walked in they tried to make it seem like nothing was going on. Today I came in, placed my order and went to wait. Three people came in behind me and placed an order. All three of those people got their orders before mine was even started. I will absolutely NOT be returning to this location. Incredibly disappointed! read more

This is probably the best Jamba I have ever visited. They always have everything in stock and take and fill my order quickly and correctly.

You walk in and smell the fruit being blended into tiny little bits. You feel the pretentiousness of the customer base thinking that this shake is going to help them lose weight after they couple it with a burger from Wendy's. You hear me secretly pouring vodka into my Mango Madness as I walk out the door. Ahh, Jamba Juice, how I love going here when I'm rewarded with gift cards to your establishment from work. read more

This was ridiculous, this more information for the managers not for the customers. Went to the store and nobody was in the lobby, waited for someone to come out and asked how the guy was doing, response was he was doing terrible. More customers came in and he was obviously getting overwhelmed. The last customer came in and he rudely told her that he wouldn't be able to get her order for 10 minutes. Message to the managers. Raise your wage so you can hire more people. read more

Me and my boyfriend went around 9pm and it was fairly busy. We placed our order and waited 45 minutes, we went up to the counter waiting still waiting for our drinks to get our money back because 3 groups of people that came in after us got their drinks before us. Very frustrating and we were both really upset. We have never had a problem like this before, but the employees were moving really slow and it was only one employee doing all the work while the other one was hiding in the back not doing anything. read more

Jamba Juice is the best place to get a smoothie, I love going there, their service and smoothies are off the charts, they rock.

Crapy customer service! They say they'll make any smoothie even if it's not on the menu... well not this location! I will never stop by this one again. I would rather drive out of my way then stop here. read more
