If you even slightly like pumpkin pie, RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN to Jamba and get the Pumpkin Pie Crunch! I'm not even huge on pumpkin pie, but I can't stop thinking about this drink! The first sip was pure pumpkin, but a few sips in and the flavor changed. I usually avoid coconut, but the coconut resembled the whip cream on a pumpkin pie...and the granola resembled the crust. The whole drink came together to make a pumpkin pie flavor. I was in heaven! I wish they sold a size bigger than a large! I had one with my husband over the weekend, but then I snuck to Jamba during the week with my daughter and had another one (shhhhhh!). The door bell when customers enter was broken so no one came up front at first. I had to enter my own order in the kiosk and even after I did that, the employees did not have a loud enough notification, so I still had to say "hello?" Very loud before they came up front. It was also impressively cold in the store, which is understandable, however all of the employees were freezing, which is why they were in the back and it sounds like they aren't allowed to wear hoodies or anything like that. If they need or should stay up front, they should be allowed to wear proper clothes so they don't freeze. They were all very friendly and sweet and my razzmatazz tastes amazing! read more

Hailey, general manager, is rude and doesn't know when birthday promotions expire yet had the audacity to tell my little niece and nephew they aren't eligible for a birthday smoothie since they haven't spent $10. They've had the app and gotten drinks before. She quoted the "terms and conditions" yet couldn't even say when the birthday smoothie promotion expires. All the staff were rude and condescending. We had the greens & ginger and the orange dream machine and they were tasty, well blended and not runny at all. Both smoothies were on point. I Love Jamba! So much so that I gift them to anyone who I think needs a pick me up . They are so refreshing and yummy. My favorite is the pink star, and I have them add some extra banana. So good! I have been to this location 3 times now in the past month and all 3 times I have waited more than 15 minutes and there is only one person working and a long line. This store is located in the Jordan Landing shopping area next to the theater. It is perfect to grab a treat before going into a movie. The store, like other shops nearby, gives you the option to sit inside or outside the to enjoy your food/smoothie. I went here for a training and the staff were super nice and fun. The store was very clean...which is really important to me when it comes to ordering food. I have ben coming to this location for a few years and my last two visits have been horrible! A month ago I came in the afternoon and walked in to find an employee wrestling with friends on the ground. They were throwing straws and cups and the minute I walked in they tried to make it seem like nothing was going on. Today I came in, placed my order and went to wait. Three people came in behind me and placed an order. All three of those people got their orders before mine was even started. I will absolutely NOT be returning to this location. You walk in and smell the fruit being blended into tiny little bits. You feel the pretentiousness of the customer base thinking that this shake is going to help them lose weight after they couple it with a burger from Wendy's. Me and my boyfriend went around 9pm and it was fairly busy. We placed our order and waited 45 minutes, we went up to the counter waiting still waiting for our drinks to get our money back because 3 groups of people that came in after us got their drinks before us. Very frustrating and we were both really upset.
