Not consistent, I asked for four different purées in my drink (3 in addition to the one that's already supposed to be included) and didn't even get the one purée that's supposed to be included. I got none. It's annoying that the company just leaves things out of the order if they don't have it or if they don't want to do part of the order. This has happened multiple times before no matter if I order in person or not, no matter if it's me or someone else ordering, which is a shitty business practice, because I'm paying extra for the inclusions that they're deciding to leave out without telling me. So I'm going to stop ordering from FiiZ and just make my own drinks at home myself the way I want since they want to be stingy and lazy and they want to ignore orders and still overcharge. The nice thing about this situation is now I don't have any motivation to buy from them in the future, so they've ultimately helped me save money because I won't be buying from them again. read more

Unfortunately, this is the one Fiiz you cannot count on. I come here regularly, but my drink is always made different and the line is extremely slow. I get the same thing every time, but it is either made with the wrong base, or they forget cream.. It's aggravating because I'm not one to get mad at something like as little as a sweet treat, but it hasn't changed even after asking kindly that they fix it each time. Stopped by on my way home from work. Ordered a regular coke and a mixed drink with diet dr pepper. Got a plain diet dr pepper and the mixed drink was with the coke. Then they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave a tip. This is the worst Fiiz in the valley. read more

A little drink-and-snack shop managed by some very nice people! I wasn't expecting much when my friend and I stopped by to order something/check it out, but we were pleasantly surprised! And I'm glad I didn't ignore this place cuz the drinks are DELISH! I ordered a Frozen Hot Chocolate (16 oz) and my pal got a Zen Water (16 oz) and Pineapple Breeze (16 oz). Hot chocolate is one of my favorite drinks so my expectations were pretty high-- they passed with a lovely performance~! The drink was wonderfully sweet as the chocolate syrup and ice cream complimented the familiar taste of hot chocolate, and the whipped cream helped lighten the thickness of the drink. Tried to get a drink tonight at 10:50pm. I understand that they closed at 11pm but if your hours say open until 11pm, then stay open until 11pm. I drove around the front to make sure people were there and I saw someone up front sitting on their phone and then someone in the back so I went through the drive thru but no answer so I left. Disappointing when you're looking forward to a drink all day and you can't get it because they decided to close earlier then what is listed. read more

It's a small flavored soda shop between Mountain America bank and Discount tires, but there's tons of flavors to choose from. I like to get their specialty drinks like mean chick with a peep marshmallow or their rubber ducky, again with a peep on top. It's definitely not a quiet place. Teenagers work here and their friends come visit. It's entertaining to hear them sing along to the radio and dance behind their counter. Maybe I was in a good mood lol. There's limited seats inside since it's tiny. Best for 2 people in the dining room or you can sit at their little bar. I ordered their Halloween special: Berry Boo. It's steamed milk with berry syrup, but it tasted like taro flavored milk. If you get boba, you know what a tarp flavored drink is. I love taro so I didn't mind, but it was extremely sweet. The homie ordered the wiggly worm (kid drink) and it's root beer with a couple splashes of cherry syrup, whipped cream and a gummy worm on top. West Valley & Taylorsville locations are pretty fast and staffs always friendly. The only thing I'm not a fan of is having to order at the window and then waiting. I been to the ones in Utah County (not FiiZ, the other shops that do the soda thing) and they're aiight (alright without saying the L and R, left and right, aiight). Been here twice and liked what I been getting. The first time I got the Mtn Dew mix (I forgot what it's called but it had peach and coconut and stuff in it). Hella bomb. The most recent visit there gave me the North Shore, a Sprite mix with peach, pineapple, coconut and stuff. And that was hella bomb as well. My sister got the chips and salsa and I'm assuming those were fire emoji cuz she finished them. Going there again tomorrow to treat my nieces and nephews for the last time in the 2017 part of the school year. Oh and they have macarons. Those are hella good too. Oh yeah the speaker thing ain't hooked up in the drive thru so you gotta photographic memory remember your order or put it in a song or something. Use flash cards if available. This location in not capable of getting your order correct. If by chance they actually ring up the correct order, your drink is made wrong. Every single time my order is wrong. Today I ordered a 32 oz, they handed me a 24oz, I told them it should be 32. They aggressively took it back and gave me back a filthy cup and I'm pretty sure the just dumped the 24 oz into a bigger cup and added water. There was no fizz and it was very diluted. This Fiiz is a bit of a hot mess! First, they only allow 4 drink orders per car in the drive-thru - never seen that before at any other soda shop. Second, the menu is back in the driveway, and you think you order there but no, you go to the window, but no menu at the window, so you better remember your order! Finally, you order at the same window you pay so they have you pull around to the other side of the building and the cars get all out of order because people aren't smart enough to pull all the way forward. This place is normally on point. Today I was taken a back by the lack of urgency I experienced. I have waited in long lines before at Fiiz, today was an easy 25 min line. When I got to the window I expected to see the card machine down or a new employee but no it was a young man that must have been high or something. It took him forever to take my order. He gave me one drink at a time, I had to ask for a drink holder. He even asked if I wanted a straw. What?! I ordered a drink, of course I need a straw. Fiiz is hands down the best soda shop in Utah. So many drinks, so many flavors. They have diet of any soda, and you can ask for a sugar free syrup if that floats your boat. The employees are always so nice and happy to give recommendations. They have punch cards so buy 12 drinks get a free drink and a free cookie. Wednesday is double punch day!! Their drinks prices are great. I think their snacks and cookies are a little over priced but I only go for the drinks. Definitely give it a try :). read more

This location has great drinks but the service is terrible. It seems like more times than not I have a long wait at the drive thru or my order gets messed up. One time I ordered a cookie with my drink and the worker handed me my drink and walked away from the window (silly me thought she left to get my cookie). About 10 minutes later she came back to the window and was shocked to see me still waiting. I told her I never got my cookie. She proceeded to argue with me saying she already gave it to me. I offered to let her search my car. All of a sudden she realized my cookie was given to a customer inside sitting at the counter and started yelling and blaming one of the other workers! If I wasn't addicted to their drinks I would stop going. If the owner of this store reads this, I think you need to do a better job of training your staff about what good customer service means. read more

I have been here four times and all four times my drinks have been wrong. Once I ordered a 44 oz Dr pepper and they brought me a 32 oz, when I told them what my order had been they told me that they would remake it for me this once but never again. It made me feel like it was my fault! The next time I went I ordered a pineapple upside drink and they gave me something else entirely! This is our FAVORITE place for sodas. It beats all the other soda spots. The cotton candy is by far my favorite. It has cotton candy syrup with sprite, cream and whip cream! Their macaroons are also good. They are cold when you get them so I suggest you let them get to room temperature before you eat them. The cookies are pretty big and are also yummy! We are always willing to drive 20 minutes to go here. They also have good energy drink mixes. They only use monster products but if you prefer rockstar, no problem. They will add the syrups to a cup of the size you want and you can add the rockstar that you bring. They can't add the rockstar that you bring in for you. read more

We tried this place out Monday night we didn't realize you had to drive up to the window for them to take your order so we were waiting by the sign waiting for someone to say hello welcome to FiiZ or something. So we had our car parked for 5 minutes waiting for a response luckily my fiancé figured it out and said oh we have to drive up to tell them our order.
