    Strawberry tea with boba
    Dmitri A. N.

The strawberry boba was so delicious! I have to say that there's way too many options if you have never walked into one before but the staff is super nice and ready to help you decide. I very much enjoyed the little table games they have to help along conversation during a quick pick me up drink!

    Sesame matcha milk with boba
    Quinn N.

Pretty decent place to hang out w friends. I had sesame matcha milk (under milk strike) with 30% sugar and it was pretty good! I'll try 0 sugar next time, I think it's possible because boba itself has sugar in it.

First time to this location - easy to find and conveniently located in a strip plaza just minutes off the freeway! Employee was helpful and friendly - ordered the oolong tea with honey pearls and milk cap (comparable to sea/milk foam) - had a good taste, but a tad too sweet with the added honey in the mix. The boba was a tad hard and not soft enough, which makes me think it's not super fresh. But willing to try another concoction next time!

They are always on top of everything. Whenever we go in, the staff members are always so sweet and patient. They give great recommendations and make perfect drinks. Their boba is always made to perfection, super chewy but not hard at all. I normally go with 30% sugar, as some drinks can be a little too sweet for me. The store is always clean, and they also provide games to keep people entertained while waiting for their drinks.

Winter melon milk tea boba with add-ins

I was happy to find this place at 8:30 at night on a weekday during a sudden urge for boba. I got the delectable winter melon milk tea boba with black jelly and mango poppers (I like my bobas highly textured) and it didn't disappoint. And my lord, the sheer amount of add-ins and flavors and types of drinks available means that I have a nice future ahead of me trying everything on the menu! The ladies were very cheerful, helpful and made the drinks perfectly. This is a fun and colorful neighborhood place that you should try!

Water tasting taro milk green tea that had to be adjusted many times & S'more Slush + rude customer service
    Accoh C.

Rude lady kept correcting us about our order. Every location we've been to had always asked us to let them know if we want any adjustments with our drink. This rude older Asian lady (I'm also Asian) just a description, kept talking back and being rude saying she followed the formula for taro milk green tea, other places made it sweeter but when she made it tasted like water or milk no taste of green tea or taro. She was rude and incredibly annoying. Customer service shouldn't be so rude and correcting their customers. Do not recommend this location. Other states have better Kung Fu Tea customer service. My bf liked his S'more slush. Horrible experience, snarky and nasty customer service.

Being so close to this location had me stoked! Online ordering was a breeze, customer service was fast and friendly. Unfortunately the quality of this place isn't on the same wavelength as downtown SLC, Vegas, NYC, or Cali. My next purchase is free and hope to get it at the downtown location.

Okay customer service is super good, love the atmosphere and the cashier is so sweet but my drink was not good.

I'm obsessed with boba drink in general! Any new city I go to I look for a place. But I have to admit I haven't been able to find a place near My town that's amazing. This is probably it. Kung Fu Tea has THE BEST Milk Boba tea you will ever try (at least in Utah). I very much recommend this business. They have more than just milk tea option, the also have slush, and a bunch of coffee flavors. I got Kung Fu milk tea (their best seller), Mango snow, and Mango Green Tes.

BEST BOBA SHOP HANDS DOWN! I loved going to Kung Fu Tea back when I lived in San Diego and am so happy They opened one near me in Draper. This shop is in their soft opening phase but are really on top of it. The space is really big with lots of seating and very clean. The owner and cashier were very nice and pleasant when they were helping me. They both went out of their way to be helpful and I truly felt the love they put into my drink. You don't see customer service that amazing often. I ordered the Mango Passionfruit Snow with jelly and it tasted even better than when I had it in Cali. It was so tasty, creamy, and full of flavor. I really wish I could have it everyday! I can't wait to go back soon to try the other flavors and boba. Note: They do take phone orders so feel free to call ahead in order to have your drink ready when you get there.

Oh wow. This place has the BEST boba I have ever had. They have so many options for the pearls and mixing and matching your drink! They had quick, friendly people working. The inside of the place is so cute. Its decor and openness are great!! I 100% will go there the next time I'm in the area! Definitely recommend

    More game tables
    Joan L.

This relatively new boba shop has upped its game by putting games out on all the tables. On this Sunday afternoon there were four tables of people enjoying boba and playing games. The shop also plays pleasant background music. They have really good boba tea here and great decor. This is a franchise, and the one oddity I've noticed is that they have order buttons in their system for only specific combinations. I order passion fruit black tea, which isn't in the menu or their cash register system. The staff is good about making this off-the-menu combination for me, and I appreciate it. They have to ring it up as a green tea and then write on the order sticker.

Thai milk tea w/boba and winter melon tea w/boba
    Maddie S.

Their Thai tea is delicious here!! The boba is good too, nice and chewy as it should be. The winter melon tea was not my jam, it tasted like a holiday candle in my opinion. They have a super nice layout of what options they have with caffeine free, dairy free, etc sectioned off so it's easier to read which I really appreciated. Staff were friendly and the vibe was fun and energetic!

The caramel was light in mine, a pleasant contrast to caramel lattes that emphasize over-saccharine sweetness over the richness of caramel - it could have been that they just used an appropriate amount or it could have been the underlying psychological effect of sitting on the couch while my kids played games and drank their hot chocolates with whipped cream. Either way, I appreciated it. The servers were professional and courteous, and the rose latte came out fast. That said, the room was packed while we were here - a testament to the vibe and the smiles they brew here. Glad we chose this place for our cozy morning respite this morning!

My girlfriend and I visited La Condesa for brunch with some friends after hearing good things about…read moreit. Overall, I'd give it 3 out of 5 stars. While there were some things we enjoyed, the overall experience didn't quite justify the price. First, the restaurant is beautiful. The décor is modern, stylish, and very Instagram-worthy. It's easily one of the nicest-looking brunch spots I've visited in Utah. Unfortunately, the dining room feels overcrowded. The tables are placed extremely close together, making it difficult to have a private conversation. We often had to raise our voices just to hear each other, and even the servers seemed to struggle moving between tables. The atmosphere looked great, but it didn't feel very comfortable. The service was polite and friendly, but one thing bothered me. Shortly after we finished our main dishes, the check was brought to the table. We hadn't asked for it, and it made us feel a bit rushed, as if it was time to leave even though we were still talking with our friends. It's a small detail, but it affects the overall dining experience. For drinks, I ordered a piña colada, and unfortunately it was disappointing. It tasted overly diluted, with very little pineapple flavor, while the rum stood out much more than it should have. I also ordered the Vital Boost juice. The flavor was actually good, but it was served at room temperature, which wasn't what I expected from a fresh juice. For my meal, I ordered the breakfast burrito. It tasted good, but I couldn't justify the $20 price tag. It consisted of a thin tortilla filled with eggs, bacon, cheese, and potatoes, served with shredded potatoes and a small side salad. While everything was cooked properly, the ingredients felt simple, and the portion didn't match the price. I've had larger and more satisfying meals elsewhere for the same cost. My girlfriend ordered the birria tacos. They were decent but nothing memorable. We've had better birria at other restaurants. The consommé was much spicier than expected, and while some people may enjoy that, it wasn't our preference. The tortillas were also average. On the positive side, the lemonade was refreshing. I should also mention that Mexican food isn't usually my favorite cuisine, so I know my preferences may differ from those of other diners. Still, I always evaluate a restaurant based on the balance between quality, value, flavor, and the overall experience. In this case, I felt the food was good but not exceptional enough to justify the prices. La Condesa is definitely worth visiting if you're looking for a beautiful brunch spot with a trendy atmosphere. However, between the cramped seating, the value for the money, a few disappointing dishes, and feeling rushed at the end of the meal, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. I don't regret trying it, but it isn't a place I'd personally choose to revisit anytime soon.
