I was craving boba tea last weekend and routed a spot on the way home. I'd been to a kung fu tea before but it's been years. I walked in and the place was bright and clean. I wasn't sure what flavor I was wanting so I went with the kung fu milk tea (black or green, I went with black) since it's a best seller. I normally ask for half sweet but I wasn't thinking and ordered quickly lol I was worried because I read some reviews about drinks being too sweet. Regardless, it was thankfully the perfect sweetness and satisfied my craving. The service was fast and friendly. I'd come here again. They are always on top of everything. Whenever we go in, the staff members are always so sweet and patient. They give great recommendations and make perfect drinks. Their boba is always made to perfection, super chewy but not hard at all. I normally go with 30% sugar, as some drinks can be a little too sweet for me. Rude lady kept correcting us about our order. Every location we've been to had always asked us to let them know if we want any adjustments with our drink. This rude older Asian lady (I'm also Asian) just a description, kept talking back and being rude saying she followed the formula for taro milk green tea, other places made it sweeter but when she made it tasted like water or milk no taste of green tea or taro. She was rude and incredibly annoying. Customer service shouldn't be so rude and correcting their customers. Do not recommend this location. Other states have better Kung Fu Tea customer service. BEST BOBA SHOP HANDS DOWN! I loved going to Kung Fu Tea back when I lived in San Diego and am so happy They opened one near me in Draper. This shop is in their soft opening phase but are really on top of it. The space is really big with lots of seating and very clean. The owner and cashier were very nice and pleasant when they were helping me. They both went out of their way to be helpful and I truly felt the love they put into my drink. You don't see customer service that amazing often. I ordered the Mango Passionfruit Snow with jelly and it tasted even better than when I had it in Cali. It was so tasty, creamy, and full of flavor. I really wish I could have it everyday! I can't wait to go back soon to try the other flavors and boba. OK: I had a Kung Fu Milk Tea this past weekend, and just finished a Coconut Milk Tea (0% sweet). I can confidently recommend both. I've also started ordering in the app (because points and order ahead). And I've noticed that you can't add a milk cap on the app, which stinks. You can do it if you order at the store. This is a franchise, and the one oddity I've noticed is that they have order buttons in their system for only specific combinations. I order passion fruit black tea, which isn't in the menu or their cash register system. The staff is good about making this off-the-menu combination for me, and I appreciate it. Coco lava / has ground up Oreos at the bottom then I layered on the tapioca boba and then the rest is chocolate shake. Staff is super friendly and inside is very clean. I initially downloaded the app to use a promo code, but there was no promo code section. App is definitely bad. I decided to call in to order instead, but my order was made incorrectly. She also told me that she will start making my drinks right away and should be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived and waited until that 20 minute mark. No drinks were ready yet. I checked in with them shortly after and realized they hadn't even started making my drinks yet. The employees were nice, but I took off one star because my order was wrong and another star because 27 minutes after the order was placed on the phone, no drinks were even started on when I was told they would be ready almost 10 minutes ago. read more

Now this place I like, wonderful drinks and decent prices. I've enjoyed everything I have tried so far. The older lady who works the day shift is super nice and always makes you feel welcomed. The rest of the staff are nice as well but she's the exception... totally awesome.
