Leaving bad review for service only, not a reflection of the food itself! Very dissatisfied! I went to take my son to get an açaí bowl before school since he's been begging for one since he got a gift card for Christmas. We pulled up at 8:06am and it was dark inside. No sign out front saying what time they opened, but a simple Google search said 8:00am. Maybe they were in the back? ‍ Pulled up to the drive-through and the menu board acknowledged we were there with a voice that said saying "welcome to Roxberry. Please look through the menu and a team member will be with you shortly!" Wasn't sure if it was recorded or a real voice so I waited. And waited. Annndddd waited. After 8 minutes of sitting there, I finally determined no one was actually there so I drove away. But there was a sign in the drive thru window showing the hours, now sure why it was there instead of the front door. And of course right as I drove past the entrance on the way out, someone had pulled up and was at the door trying to unlock it, at 8:15am. read more

I've been to this Roxberry location with my partner on many occasions for our lil date nights and many occasions of treats. We've noticed that this location frequently closes early due to being understaffed. If that is the truth, employees need to be paid more so that you can increase employee retention, or the hours need to be changed. Smoothies are the only thing I've tried, but they've always been good. They also serve juices too though. I'm a fan of the smoothies. Pricey and loaded with sugar, but good. Sweet, creamy, delicious. I prefer Roxberry over Jamba Juice, but just a personal preference. Service was good - cashier even offered to split our 32 oz drink into two cups for no extra charge. If you come here often, make sure to sign up for their loyalty card. Quick tip: if you get a Braine freeze, press your tongue against the roof of your mouth. It's supposed to help. And if your smoothie is good enough, you'll probably drink it so fast that you incur the inevitable and painful brain freeze. read more

Yumm! First time at Roxberry and I'm a fan. I ordered the Pennya Colada and it is refreshing and tropical. Has little shavings of coconut in it. There menu has a large variety and I look forward to coming back to try other flavors. I can't speak for the interior but I love that they have a drive thru. I had never tried Roxberry before today, they ruined it for me fairly quickly my girlfriend and I came in expected it would not take long because they were not busy and it was just us. Our order took 30 minutes to get, them once we got it her order was wrong! When we went to tell someone the girl there said she couldn't help us because she didn't take our order. On top of that it took another 25 minutes to get our order made correctly. Not only that but the customer service was terrible. Every employee here had an attitude. While we were here our order was not the only order that they messed up they messed up 2 other people's orders in the time we were here. I definitely do not plan on coming back here. I'm thinking great but the girls are just chatting with each other. they finally take my order and I'm waitinh for 35 min.. while two other customers walk in order and get their smoothies and walk out. I've never had a problem with the smoothies I get from this location. But the service has never been to my liking. They are super slow(I was the only customer. they had multiple employees, and I waited more than 10 minutes for 1 smoothie, and about 7 minutes of waiting and they came to the window to clarify what kind of smoothie I wanted and they did not have the correct flavor.) So if you want a good smoothie and feel the desire to wait a long time to get it, this is the location for you. Roxberry has several 32 oz. smoothies for under 325 calories - quite the calorie efficient treat, especially if you are only getting a 16 oz. Their frozen yogurt is also quite delicious and they provide an ample amount of topping options. The facilities are always pristine and the staff super friendly. I prefer them over any smoothie place I've tried. Tips: Every 10th smoothie is free with your stamp card! Monday nights are buy 1 medium or large smoothie, get 1 small smoothie free! They are always more than willing to swap out the bananas for a different fruit, so I still get the same volume of smoothie. I HATE Roxberry in Murray. Every time I go there the employees are young and very unprofessional. Well today my sick/pregnant wife said the only thing she could keep down would be a smoothie. I waited till 9 A.M. when they were supposed to open and got there BUT NO ONE WAS THERE! I waited nearly a half an hour and no one showed up. I left empty handed. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! If a business posts hours of operation the least they can do is be there when they say they will. I don't know if anyone actually reads yelp reviews but if you do don't go to Roxberry Murray. It is one of the only few frozen yogurt places in the area. I love frozen yogurt. This place got cool point system too. I have been here total of 20 times. My biggest concern with this particular location is their inconsistencies. Sometimes their frozen yogurt tastes like cleaning agent. I am not sure what causes it but you can taste soap in your mouth.
