The flavors are great, the veggies and meat is all fresh and clean. You're getting good protein options without the excess calories. They also have some fresh drink options that are also low cal. Service is always good. They're accommodating for subbing out toppings, including the different types of lettuce base. Best Cobb in town. I have now had this salad many times and it's one of the best. Love watching them make the salad right in front of me and the jalapeño dressing is delicious. Not too spicy because I usually can't handle a lot of heat but this is really good. The salad comes with jalapeños but I usually don't put them on there because I can't handle it. Ha! The vibe here is modern and young. Food is clean, crisp, and fresh. There are salads for all sorts of flavor profiles and if you aren't interested in a salad, there are açaí bowls and rice bowls as well. Service is awesome. I do not understand how this place has over a 4 star rating. This was my first time trying it and I likely will not be returning. We placed an online order of two kids salads and two smoothies to go and it was almost $38. Also I ordered an extra dressing that didn't make it in the bag, unfortunately. The kids salad literally had a small handful of lettuce and a few toppings for $8. There wasn't anything special to it, the food was just okay. The smoothie was super runny and almost room temp when I got it, but the flavor was decent. Also, heads up, if you opt for the bread for $.50, it is literally a slice of store-bought wheat bread. I was hoping for a roll or some homemade bread, something that would be really delicious with the salad, but no such luck. Very disappointing. Not a place I care to try again. We got there 30 minutes before closing and I don't normally like to do that, but the woman who helped us was super nice about it. The Thai Me Up bowl... fresh greens, shrimp, oranges and a bit of spice... smash. I tried their agua frescas drink and probably wouldn't get it again. I get it's supposed to be super healthy and I'm sure it was but the lack of flavor wasn't doing it for me. I'd rather just drink regular water with a slice of lemon. But oh yeah, I'd go here again. I got the cista la something, it came with shrimp. I added the Parmesan statue for looks. I am a very picky eater. Anytime I go to Zao they always nickel and dime me when I make changes to the food so I stopped going there. Here at Crisp & Greens I was able to make changes freely without hearing that'll be an extra $1.00 every single time which made me their biggest fan. We paid $13 dollars for this salad. I came back for my second visit without any perks involved and loved it. (Fun fact: I also braved my first dine in circumstance while solo parenting my 7 month old.) I got the squash salad because last time I saw someone else get it, and it looked great. It did not disappoint. I personally probably could've used more dressing so next time I'll get extra. I tried all of the Agua Fresca flavors. I mixed apple spice with pineapple ginger, and it was yummy. I would have loved some Stevia packets next to the sugar packets. The menu here has salad bowls, grain bowls, açai, bowls, and smoothies. Everything is fresh and delicious. On my first visit, the manager (owner?) mixed the ranch and the jalapeño dressings together for me, and it was awesome. So tasty. I love the design of this place. It is so clean and simple and full of light. I will definitely be back, especially when warm weather hits and I want açaí bowls or smoothies every day. This place is sparkling, the signage is bright, and the food looks wonderful. Not a wilted piece of lettuce in sight. I chose the Classic Chicken Caesar salad and the Spiced Apple Cider drink. The staff was super helpful, quick, and kind. While I liked my salad, I found the amount of chicken to be rather small for what the price of the salad is on the menu. I loved the parmesan crisps and the juicy tomatoes. My drink was delicious and not too sweet! I would love to try one of their açaí bowls the next time I visit! This new healthy place on State Street in Sandy is perfect except for one thing: it's too far from house! Although if it were any closer, I might be here every day. They speak my language with healthy salads, grain bowls, smoothies and açaí bowls. I could basically eat every meal here. Today we tried the Wild Child bowl and the #Squashgoals salad. Both were fantastic. The flavor combinations in my salad were perfect. I literally wouldn't change a thing (and that is saying a lot). They were out of arugula so I had to substitute a green and I chose spinach, which worked well. I also substituted tofu for the chicken. I love the warm squash and quinoa with the cold salad and toppings. I can't wait to try other items on the menu. Everything looks creative and delicious. You order at the counter and they make it right in front of you. They toss it for you and you can choose light dressing or on the side. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The environment is fresh and clean and modern. You bus your own table and they recycle or compost everything. If you are familiar with the Sweetgreen chain in other states, this is very comparable. My dreams have come true. A fast casual salad restaurant. I was driving to work and noticed a new business, and was over joyed when I looked at the menu. A variety of salads, grain bows, and smoothies. I got the bold and buffalo grain bowl and green glow smoothie. Let me tell you, both were delicious! The bowl was super filling and the smoothie was not needed, but I wanted to try both. I ordered online and picked it up and it was ready on time and easy to grab and go. Very friendly service, inviting space with plenty of natural light, and a large variety of salads, smoothies, and açaí. Utah desperately needs more places like this! I've been here a couple of times with friends while trying different salad options and each one has been okay for me. For context, I used to live in NYC where Sweetgreen locations were around every corner and when I tell you I had their salads for lunch every single work day, it's hardly an exaggeration. Does that make me a bit biased against other salad restaurants? Sure, but I hold that bias for good reason. BlakeSpectrum.org posted a comparison of the two salad chains (Sweetgreen and Crisp and Green) on their website back in Sept 2022 and agreed that Sweetgreen proved to have superior taste and quality. Sadly, there are no locations yet in Utah, so for now we'll take what we can get. For starters, the pricing here is high (basically in line with other salad chain prices in cities like LA and NYC) but since there's not much competition with these places out here, it's just following the law of supply and demand. The taste of these salads is average. Not bad, but not particularly great either. They're salads that I can easily picture myself making at home, which is fine, but it means I'm less likely to want to pay a premium for these salads. The actual ingredients are something I'm still questioning. I couldn't get over how the black beans in the Wild Wild Southwest bowl seemed like they came straight from a can, slimy liquid and all. When we finished eating that salad, there was still a lot of liquid residue left over in the bowl from the black beans and it had made the other greens quite soggy. Additionally, the chicken in the #squashgoals bowl tasted largely unseasoned, which was also a bit off-putting. Overall, I'm really excited to have another salad chain in Utah to counteract the various soda and cookie chains that have run rampant, but so far this place has just been okay to me. read more

The Seoul Bowl is my go-to! Love how everything is so customizable, fresh, and healthy. I've been here at least 5 times! Service is great! Staff is super helpful and kind. Ambiance is o-kay. I usually take the food to go. If I'm being nitpicky, I would say that I think the lighting is too bright. The sound echos in this space and it is too loud.
