What a random way to start. My partner and I got half pepperoni and half regular with a side of ranch and cheese. And let me tell you: instant obsession. We bought 4 large smoothies which all ended up tasting pretty good. The issue was the customer service. I asked where to scan my barcode to get my Jamba points and then scanned it. The cashier told me that I broke their system and was pretty rude about it. She called out to other employees saying we broke the system. Apparently their other register was not working either so we had to wait for them to figure it out. I asked for a receipt so I could scan for my points that way but they said I couldn't get one because we "broke" the system by scanning where she told me to scan. read more

What wonderful employees you have here!! The guy that was helping me at the counter was so kind and welcoming. Jamba juice is in the same building// shop as auntie annes and I think its so convenient when you can get snacks and your smoothies at the same time. The place was so clean and smells really good in here with both fruit smoothies, and baked pretzels in the air ups your appetite. I believe this one's the one near smiths. Busy location, the staff looked incredibly stressed out, and the manager wasn't helping the situation. She kept yelling at the staff working, nearly causing a scene over a water bottle, yes a water bottle. I understand the stress that comes from a busy work day, but it should never be taken out on employees. As for the smoothies, they tasted amazing as they always do, but for someone who put in the order online, I had no idea that the drinks were finished and sitting in the fridge. I should've looked around more, but I also didn't feel like disturbing the staff because they all looked like they were on the verge of crying, screaming, or just passing out due to exhaustion. Two adorable high school students were so happy to greet us and take our order. Tonight in particular, we went in about 15 minutes before closing, I felt that was a respectable amount of time to be in and out before close. One of the workers, she kind of seemed like she was 'in charge' had a boyfriend there just hanging around and she was all over him, not even shy about it as we walked in. She didn't even act embarrassed as she slowly returned to her job at the register, in fact she acted peeved that we came in. No one said hello to us, In my opinion the whole interaction was super unprofessional and not pleasant. Something needs to be changed in that department. I'm not sure what protocol is but I also heard another girl say they would use the same spoon to put all the ingredients into the blender, that made me slightly uncomfortable because it sounded kind of like they were cutting corners for their benefit, but I guess my smoothie taste is as expected. So maybe that's not a problem? Just thought I'd note it. Overall, it's pretty good, a few minor issues. You're super reliable and always there in a pinch but I just feel like there are other smoothie options out there that check off my list: 1. Value 2. Smooth blends (no banana or peanut butter lumps) 3. And don't hit my digestive system so hard. That might be on me, but just sayin... it's been a little rough. Oh Jamba. I remember you when you were a little kid named Zuka Juice, before you were bought out by a large national conglomerate. But even if you've been spoiled in your adolescence, you still make some mean smoothies. I really enjoy the atmosphere at this Jamba. The employees are some of the friendliest employees I've encountered. Don't forget about their secret smoothie menu. You can order a "White Gummi Bear," which contains absolutely zero healthy ingredients. Lime juice, soy milk, and four types of sherbet constitute this dreamy concoction. I'm not sure if they've reduced their prices, but they are very reasonable. $4.25 gets you a huge smoothie. read more

I can't help it. They're just good. Jamba smoothies are one of my favorite indulgences. Generally, in the wintertime I avoid really large cups of beverage made with ICE or ICE products. It's cold. Why would I do that to myself? Well, I'll tell you why I stopped by this Jamba last week, even though I was already frozen. Because they are so stinkin' tasty! I don't have a favorite, anything with fruit in it is goo-uuud. You like fruit don't you? Sometimes I'm in a tangy mood, sometimes sweet. Sometimes banana hits the spot, sometimes mango juice seems like the nectar of the gods. It all just depends on my mood and they've got one for every mood there is. Just watch out for seeds in your teeth! I must confess, I think the boosters are sort of silly, but I think they do fit well with their overall business plan and I do generally get one of the free ones because hey, why not. At this particular shop they were very quick, I still hadn't decided what I wanted by the time my sister's was already ready. I haven't tried any of their other offerings. But the smoothies are enough to bring me in the door when I'm close by and need to feel like I'm treating myself, but sort of in a healthy-ish not TOO guilty way. read more

I went in this morning with my co worker, we were the only people in the store, 4 people were working, and somehow is took them 20 mins to get our drinks together. Also over charged us by $3 - we were very very late to work ( keep in mind our work is across the street ) normally when i use to go i was in and out in 5 min even with 10 people waiting. I love the Strawberry Surfrider, the Razzmatazz, and if you are feeling less healthy, the PB Chocolate love is AWESOME! Really really bad customer service. We brought our family of six for smoothies on a Friday night. It was 8:20 and they informed us straight out of the gates that they planned on closing soon. What? Your sign on the door said 9?? All the kids working there had awful attitudes. My husband left them a tip??? No acknowledgement. No thank you. As soon as we had our drinks they told us to leave because they were closing in a "few" minutes. Umm like 30 min?? Because it's 8:30 and the doors says 9?? I used to go to this location every Monday-Thursday while in my senior year of high school. I'd go in every "morning" at noon and despite it being "lunch rush hour" time, they were great! I was always able to get in and out quick which was a necessity because my school counted you absent after 10 minutes and you were only allowed 2 absences per class. The staff was super friendly, which was great! The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly! Since I came in every day, they had memorized my order (always ordered the same thing - Large Aloha Pineapple) and if there wasn't a line, they'd start ringing me up the moment I stepped in. Unfortunately, that was 4-5 years ago and sadly that has changed. The atmosphere is no longer consistently welcoming or friendly, it feels very dull and drab. You most certainly don't feel welcome or even like you could stay and enjoy your drink. There are a few good employees left but unfortunately not that many. There was one employee who was always friendly and welcoming but she no longer works there. Jamba Juice needs to fix this store badly! I no longer come to this, unless someone else is driving at which point I have no say in the location. I now go to the Sandy one which is far better. read more
