Stoked that this Jamba Juice is a drive thru! You can't miss it if you pass the shops at fort union on I don't even remember the street you take, but follow the map and you'll get there! Nice to have some convenience for healthy food such as a drive they versus most other drive thrus don't have the healthiest food! Support Jamba franchises! I have been a frequent customer of this Jamba location. There has been a decline in customer service over the past few months, I was attributing it to the shortage in staff, like most businesses are suffering from. But today the interaction I had with the a member of the staff is intolerable and I will not be returning! I usually order on mobile app and select a set time, so as to pick up my favorite smoothie on my way to work my 12hr shift. Today when I entered the store, I was not greeted right away, not even acknowledged. When I finally was acknowledged by staff, it was past my time for my mobile order pickup. I was told it would be a few minutes, nothing more was said.... Okay.... I waited 5 more minutes until they served all the drive thru, then began to make mine. I was handed a smoothie that did not look like the same delicious one I usually get, and when I tasted it, it didn't even taste right. I asked the employee that made it, what smoothie she had made, because this did not taste right. She argued with me that she had made what I had ordered. I asked her if she could remake it. She aggressively told me to stop talking to her that way, as if I had just personally attacked her. I was shocked. She angrily made my next smoothie. Which was a little closer to the color and taste of what I had ordered, but still not what I am used to in the quality taste. I felt empathy and thought she must be having a bad day. I apologized to her, and I hoped her day would get better. She yelled at me and told me to never speak to her or her employees like that again. I was again shocked! I asked her what was so wrong about me asking her to correct the smoothie. She adamantly told me that she wouldn't "tolerate" me speaking to her or her employees like that.... I have no idea what exactly I said to her to make her so angry, but as a customer that had already prepaid and tipped, I have the right to expect the quality product I have requested. I hope Jamba Juice does something quick about their customer service, because customer service has died at this location! There was zero common courtesy let alone customer appreciation at this location! As I left that store, walking out, wondering what I had done, I could here that employee trash talking me to the other employees that I literally had no interaction with. This is the 3rd time that I've had to write my phone number down instead of entering it in on their computer so I can take advantage of my rewards. So no $2 off for me again. I love my Red Gummy drink but I think I'll be going to Roxberry more. Jamba Juice is much closer but the drinks have been a hit or miss. Today I tried their pistachio drink but tasted like crushed ice w/ pistachio pieces. I'll be going home to add agave to see if it'll bring out more of the rich flavors in pistachio and give it some taste. It tasted like I was drinking juice flavored ice and that they didn't even add any fruit to it; pretty bland. The service was good. I come here a lot and normally it's fine. But today I went in to get a smoothie bowl and they didn't have the one I wanted and they also didn't have bowls. Came in here a couple weeks ago when it was slow. Both girls were very polite and made the smoothies with quality. It took a little bit but I understood since one of them was still training. The training was thorough and smoothies were not watered down. They took the time to grab extra frozen yogurt from the walk-in freezer to make the smoothie correctly. I'm so glad this location is here now! So close to work and I love how easy it is to get to. Walked in and it was very clean which I love. Behind the counter was very organized and clean, some Jamba Juice places I have been too are a mess behind the counter and that is such a turn off. Just showed up to Jamba this morning...ten minutes before opening...with hungry kids. An employee inside was busily cleaning and prepping for the day and saw us waiting. He finished his prep and opened the doors a few minutes early for us after another employee arrived. We ordered an Acai bowl and it was made perfectly...with attention to making it look good AND taste good. Bananas were fanned out nicely and coconut, strawberries, blueberries, and honey distributed evenly. It was not filled to the lid like usual. This is my 3rd time at this Jamba Juice. I like having the option of the drive-thru however, they are extremely slow. Not sure why it takes 12-15 minutes to make one smoothie when there is no one even in the store. Also when giving them my order I have to repeat myself 2-3 times. This is the worst Jamba Juice I've been to. First there was confusion and they apparently charged me twice. Now I have to see if it goes through twice. And if it does I have to spend time trying to get refunded. According to my Apple Pay it went through twice but they didn't care about that. And in the end I still didn't receive a receipt and probably didn't receive jamba points on my order. And when I made my order, I specifically asked my drink to be placed in a medium (although I ordered a small) because I paid extra for adding of kale and Greek yogurt. All the other Jambas will automatically put in the larger size because I am paying for the extras but this place gave me a small (but didn't even fill it all the way full.) The customer service was not great. In the future I will opt for a walk-in place rather than this "convenient" drive/thrus as all my experiences at the others have been far better. read more

This location is one of my least favorite. They open at 7 and I usually swing in around 7:20/7:30ish. The doors are usually still locked and they just stare at people who are outside... Their oatmeal usually isn't done until about 8am, which sucks too. I LOVE Jamba, so I will keep coming, but this location isn't the best. read more
