We went here with family one night . They have lots of flavors for shaved ice on their menu . Some of the menu items have ice cream with the shaved ice . I got the smallest size & it's still pretty big . I tried the Pina Colada. This really didn't have any flavor it just tasted like shaved ice . It is light colored so probably hard to see how much syrup is on it . We also got the Bahama colada smoothie. This was really good . It had whip cream on top . We got the bomb pop this was like the bomb popsicles that are red white & blue it comes with a little popsicle . We got the gummy bear this was gummy bear flavor & had little gummy bears throughout . I love to get their Strawberry Bliss, without whipped cream or cherry. It is delicious! This specific Bahama Buck's is conveniently located right off of one of the main streets in the area. Their building is really hard to miss as it sticks out like a sore thumb. They have a drive through or you can sit down in their massive dining area. I have had a few issues with the employees here. It seems like most of them are just rude teenagers but it is what it is. Also, sometimes it can take longer than I think it should to get a drink. I highly recommend getting the Bahama Buck's app, as it gives you exclusive offers that you wouldn't otherwise get. I have receive a free item and a BOGO coupon--both were great! I am craving a smoothie as I write this but it is too late and they're not open right now. I placed a curbside order and received a confirmation saying my order would be ready around 2:16 and to call when I got there and someone would bring it out (had to enter details about what my car looks like, etc). I called and was told the front of the store was closed and that I'd have to go through the drive thru. 30 minutes later I am still at least 3 cars away before I'm even up to the speaker where I can talk to someone, then I still have to wait for my drinks. Edit: by the time I had my order, it was OVER AN HOUR from the time the confirmation said my "curbside" order would be ready. The person I talked to on the phone was very nice and said they're short staffed, which I understand isn't their fault, but they need to turn off the option for curbside ordering if that's the case, as the drive thru alone is way too much. For some reason the inside is closed when we are here at 7 pm on a Saturday. That being said, I have no problem going through a drive thru. However it's been 40 minutes and counting sitting in the drive thru line and we still haven't ordered. Just tried this place last weekend and thought it was delicious! I got the Mango smoothie and it was so refreshing and the perfect consistency. My sister got shaved ice and the texture was like velvety snow, which was a great experience and the flavors were awesome. I have mixed feelings about Bahama Buck's. Let me break it down: Shaved Ice: the quality of the ice is good! It's quite soft and better than a lot the average ice you'll find in Utah! The syrups... hit or miss... the tiger's blood is absolutely disgusting and unlike any tiger's blood I've ever had anywhere in the country. It tasted like sour cherry. I thought they made a mistake at first and when I asked for some extra syrup it was the same. I do wonder if they mistakenly made a cherry syrup instead of tiger's blood in the wrong bottle that day... Which brings me to the next point. The service is horrid. There's nothing wrong with employing young people, but there seemed to be no one in charge, which resulted in bad, slow service. And the person pouring the syrups wasted about half the bottle carelessly on each order... I did have one very good coconut shaved ice here, so guess I'll just stick with that and hopefully that experiences stays positive. Not worth going out of your way for. (It's also a little pricier). We were told we couldn't use our debit card because it was asking for a "pin" even though it was a Mastercard and we've used it there before. We have been going to bahama bucks in st George none stop and we order the same items often! This location has something not right about how it tasted. Idk what it is... but yeah definitely does not taste right. Maybe your ice is dirty? Or whatever you store your ice in is dirty? Or whatever chemical you're using to clean is not washing it properly so the taste is getting into the orders? Or your flavors are expired? Not sure! But definitely check out everything. Props to Bahama Buck's for being an actual store that offers shaved ice rather than a stand in a parking lot. They offer almost every flavor under the rainbow and even offer coffee and smoothies. I really enjoyed the smooth and fine texture of the ice, not very many places can offer ice like that. The first half of the ice is very good, however if you don't finish it fast enough, it's turns into a liquid sugar mess that's too sweet too finish. They have a huge list of flavors you can pick from, including super sour flavor options, as well as "thin ice" flavors which are less calories. They also have a list of add-ons you can add to your delicious shaved ice. The only one I have personally tried is the cream, which makes the already delicious shaved ice more delicious!
