It's located in a grocery store parking lot and offers plenty of flavors and about 8 flavors with stevia. Satisfied my daughter's sweet tooth with less mom guilt. There are tables with umbrellas outside with a toddler table and chalk to keep kids occupied while you wait. I did note that the ice wasn't completely drenched so there were still some icy bits to it. Still a great option if you're trying to reduce your sugar intake.

It had mango purée on top and was so fruity, refreshing, and delicious. I loved that the texture was a soft slush too. I only wish I'd gotten a bigger size because it was so amazing! I did love that they have a $2 extra small for my little girl too. They also had great customer service and offered refills of flavoring- not that I needed it because the flavor was consistent throughout. AND they had hula hoops, chalk, and cornhole, which kept my active kids happy and occupied!

Location is convenient with plenty of parking, tables and ample grassy space to enjoy a nice summer evening outside. Service was quick, helpful and friendly (Shak A Shack, add a tip jar so we can thank you with a little extra cash). Flavors were good, ice was shaved finely, they use earth friendly bowls, but the absolute best part.... The sizes are HUGE and their prices are low! Some of the food and snacks are genuinely delicious, but my overall experience left me feeling a…read morebit misled. I asked if they could make a combination smoothie since their menu lists single-fruit options like "strawberry smoothie" They seemed unsure what I meant at first, so I clarified that I was hoping for a mix of different fruits. At one point, they even responded with, "are you serious?!", which felt unnecessarily rude. Initially, they said they could try, but then told me they couldn't--I was only allowed two fruits, with the additional fruit costing an extra $1. In the end, I paid $10 for a smoothie, which felt overpriced given the limitations. Most smoothie places offer combination options as standard, often for the same price. For example, other spots offer a variety of mixed-fruit smoothies without extra charges, so this experience stood out in a negative way. Overall, while the food itself is good, the pricing and lack of flexibility--along with the customer service was disappointing.
