The Chicharrón Bowl came with crispy pork belly over Colombian yellow potatoes, melted cheese, guacamole, and their house garlic sauce. The potatoes were cooked perfectly and I especially loved all the crispy bits throughout the bowl. It paired super well with their hot BBQ sauce too. The Guanábana (soursop drink) was really refreshing and went great with the richness of the pork. Only reason I'm giving it a 7.5/10 instead of higher is because it was a little pricey for the portion size, but overall the food was delicious and definitely worth trying if you're into crispy pork belly and comfort food.
