I love Ding Tea! I have to admit, I was a little skeptical at first because franchise boba shops…read moresometimes suck and are overhyped but Ding Tea deserves all the hype it gets. Every time I order my drink, it always tastes the same. The right amount of sweetness and you can tell it was made with care. I get their brown sugar milk tea with boba. Their lychee tea with boba is good as well. The prices are not too bad. I also love the variety in drinks that they have. The baristas are quick and efficient. And the decor inside is always cute and festive.

Kind of is a bummer too because as soon as we get home, we've finished our boba lol. I always order their Jasmine Milk Tea here with black boba. The jasmine milk tea has the right amount of tea and to offset it, has the right amount of milk. To complement it as well, the boba is definitely soft and tender. Their boba is consistent and doesn't have a hard middle to it, leaving you wanting for more. Their boba does have the brown sugar/caramel flavor to it as well. My wife on the other hand always orders their taro milk tea. It is pretty good! Has a great milky taste to it too. I would definitely recommend this boba spot to anyone. Their milk teas and boba are always consistent. There are a lot of there boba shops around here that aren't always consistent in terms of their milks teas and boba which is a bummer but this place is great! We always come back to this place no matter how far it is lol.

The…read moreatmosphere is casual, lively, and feels very authentic, and the service was friendly and helpful when it came to explaining the menu. I only speak English so the waitress needed help and a guy came over and explained the menu and drink options. The standout is the grill--everything is smoky, flavorful, and very filling. I ordered the Picada platter, which comes loaded with steak, chicken, pork, wings, potatoes, and corn. It's a huge, shareable dish and a great way to try a little of everything. Two of us shared that and had leftover for lunch the next day. Overall, the food is bold and satisfying, though definitely on the heavier side. It's not a quick, light meal--it's more of a sit-down, enjoy-the-experience kind of place. A solid choice when you want something unique and packed with flavor, or if you want to load up on different types of meat or a big steak. The owner also posts on instagram, so check that out.

I also got a side of Colombian salad and the mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked well, but it was extra fatty, even for a NY strip. The cheese sauce was interesting and a new twist, but next time I would order without the sauce. The grilled shrimp was seasoned and cooked well and I enjoyed this the most. The mashed potatoes also had some broiled cheese on top and were pretty good. The Colombian salad had lettuce, corn, cilantro and pickled onions with a vinaigrette that was pretty tasty. If you're a fan of South American salads, this will do the trick. Glad to see a new business giving it a go here.
