I have a very specific drink I order (pink drink with 10 scoops of dragonfruit + pineapple + strawberry, no ice). It takes a little longer to make but this Starbucks not only makes it perfectly every time, they do so with a cheerful attitude and a chill vibe -- something I've not always had at other locations. They're quick but not to the point of rushing drinks and risking making it the wrong way. I usually have Valarie, Soren or Ethan construct my drink because I know they'll do it exactly as I like it. So when I request my drink, they do it right. Great job, guys! I appreciate the queer- and trans-supportive philosophies here. Everyone matters. Also, the extreme pet-friendly atmosphere -- bring your pets for a puppoccino in the drive-thru! I purchased a latte which came to $6.46. I gave her $20.46. She gave me change of $13.00 and I said, "I gave you the 46 cents," I should be getting $14.00 back. She, said, "no, your change is $13.00." Either, she did not know how to count change back or decided, it was an automatic $1.00 tip (which I always tip). I did reiterate again but, after she insisted, "no the change is $13.00," I decided to not argue the point. I highly recommend that these associates learn how to count change back to customers, instead of handing the money back w/out counting it back to them...I truly don't think she knows how to count change back. Im sorry for the bad review I'm sure you are decent people , I'm sick to my stomach October 31 around 5:30 , bad caramel Frappuccino, it was thrown out after first sip my 7 dollars waisted , nauseous sick to my stomach, the milk was separating from the ice it tasted bad has no caramel taste, no coffee it tasted like expired milk blended with ice, took so long to make worst experience at start bucks. This is one of several Starbucks in my area. You know what you're going to get 9/10 times at this chain coffee shop. The employees are pleasant, and attentive. You usually do no have to wait long for service and the drink turn around is fast. I enjoy dropping in to chit chat with the employees while I wait for my drink. One of the better Starbucks I've been to. Orders are correct most of the time and the staff is always friendly even when rushed. I usually drive thru and there have been a few employees who seriously make my day. It does get busy because of the good location but the wait always feels appropriate. read more

On Wednesday May 4 at approximately 3:00 in the afternoon went through the drive up and ordered a grande mint mocha iced frappacino. The barista at the window acted like he had no idea what wS being ordered. My husband had written down exactly what I wanted. It was no surprise when I tasted it and realized a mint frapp had no mint in it whatsoever. Today we stopped at the Starbucks on 13th east and Ft Union and ordered the same drink. The pavement on the drive through was exceptionally smooth. Good job on that Starbucks. The lady behind me in the drive through was unpleasing to my eye though. Minus half star. I come to this Starbucks because it is close and I enjoy the employees however I would advise that they go through a little bit of retraining. I have been a supervisor in a Starbucks café before so I know what I am ordering and what it should taste like. Too many times I have come to this location and been given bad drinks. I have ordered lattes with a flavor (carmel, peppermint, etc) and get lattes that have little to no flavor, which I suspect I did not get the full pumps of syrup in the drink. I have gotten watered down half melted Frappuccino's. I always have to make sure when I order soy I ask for light foam because the majority of the time when I forget, I get a cup half latté half foam. When I order any ice drink, I always ask for light ice, I know the recipe asks that one fills the majority of the cup with ice. Majority of the time when I ask for light ice, I still get a cup half filled with ice. I have been starting to ask for 1/3 of ice or 1/4 of ice so there is a clearer definition of what I mean by light ice. What is really frustrating is that most of these drink I ordered were thru the drive thru and seeing that it is Starbucks, it is still a popular place. I really don't want to be the jerk to hold up the line of cars to wait on a drink. So most of the time, I wait to get home and I either have to throw it away, wasting money or drive back, for a remake, still wasting money on gas. With that said, I give it three stars because the customer service is spot on. The manager has always told me that they would give me a free drink if they ever messed up on a drink I ordered, and they have always honored that. I never got any bad attitude from the staff when I have them remake me a drink. The place is always clean when I walk in and they are a very dog friendly store. They have dog water bowels outside and they have offered treats to my pups. Like I said the staff is really nice and great when it comes to consumer service I understand, I know that when it is busy, ones mind goes on auto-pilot and orders with lite ice or something similar get forgotten. It happens but I feel it is happening to much in this location. I believe all the pieces are there to correct these mistakes, its just a matter of time and more training. read more

I've been coming here since they opened; used to be inside Albertsons and went there too. I don't know what has changed, but they are increasingly slow. I've waited 23 min in the drive thru -and I was the first one in line! They also get my drink wrong 1/4 of the time, which is almost funny since I get the same $9 drink every day. It was like any other Starbucks. The service was okay. We arrived to a clean, new place, except for the restroom which was quite smelly and the trash can is overflowing. This Starbucks has also gotten my order wrong a few times. The food and drinks taste amazing, but the service could be improved. They also forgot my blueberry scone. I have also been here when they were out of chocolate milk (my personal favorite). They are out of almost every food and the gift card I was planning to give as a gift! The condiment table was extremely messy and again the trash was overflowing. The toilet did not work the first few times I attempted to flush it. I am extremely disappointed, Howard Shultz. I'm originally from Seattle, and know more about Starbucks as a company & their products than I would like to; having to grow up with a Starbucks on every corner & turn. With that being said, I was somewhat offended by the fact that the guy working the drive thru did not know where the "very delicious old-fashioned glazed donut" was from?! (FYI: TOP POT DONUTS).
