Great place to study! Often times there are plenty of seats, although midday on a weekend you might find it to be a bit busy. I think because of how busy the booths are not always clean. They offer a variety of good drinks. I haven't been a fan of many of their food items, but I'm still exploring! Recommend trying out the rewards membership in the app! Beans and Brews is typically pretty good. Yesterday I came through for the featured caramel cold brew they have right now and I wasn't too fond of it, but that was more personal preference than actual flavor or overall coffee. Today I went back to my usual coffee order with espresso on ice with extra ice and cold foam. I often have baristas chooses flavors but today I wanted something specific so I did dark chocolate drizzle with hazelnut in the espresso shots and a toasted marshmallow cold foam. This gave off the greatest of s'mores vibes today and was perfect. Great experience and friendly service. read more

Ordered a large hot chocolate. No whipped cream was offered or given. The too was not put on properly so when I tried to grab it, the too popped off and I got burned by hot chocolate. When I informed a worker that the lid wasn't properly put on the drink, no concerns at all for my pain. More worried about cleaning it up. That's not customer service. read more

I had to go back and get my order corrected cuz first off the first cup wasn't even half full. This is what's supposed to be a hot Mr B's with extra shot of expresso and extra whipped cream. First of all the whipped cream went a total of 1/3 of the way down the cup if not more. It looks like the only thing they did on "correcting" my order was make a fancier dollop of whipped cream on the top. It was thick whipped cream, so thick that the coffee on the bottom wouldn't even come out the spout of the lid. After I get all the whipped cream off that's how much coffee (?) was left in the bottom of the cup. That was the least of my worries as I found out shortly thereafter. No I've been going to Beans and brews at that location for two and a half years now at least twice a week to order the same exact thing. A large hot Mr B's with extra shot of expresso and a little bit of extra whipped cream. I don't know what they gave me but I know good and well it wasn't what I ordered not even after going back the second time. I don't know that Mr B's has green chunky stuff in it but that's what's on that butter knife and I for sure know that that's not it. It didn't taste anywhere near a hot Mr B's which again I order frequently at that store. I regret the tip wholeheartedly because number one I had to go back to have them correct my order and they didn't even correct it the second time. I will never and I repeat never go back to that establishment again. I don't know what was in that cup but it sure as heck wasn't a Mr B's. It was gross, chunky and clumpy. And I'm pretty sure that that's not what hot coffee is supposed to be. Not even close. Absolutely disgusting. I know it doesn't matter to you but you've lost my business. Absolutely gross. First time I came in they gave me a different item than what I ordered. I decided to give this place another try after a year. Second time I came in, they lost my order. They offered to remake it. No big deal. Then they handed me a different item than what I ordered. I ended up leaving with it since I was running 15 minutes late for work because of them. read more

I asked for my drink to be made iced twice and when I got to the window she handed me a hot latte to which I responded I wanted it iced. Then they proceeded to talk bad about me with the open window I immediately put my tip for the barista right back into my wallet. Being someone who worked as a barista for 6 plus years I always try to be super nice to other baristas but for them to sit there and make fun of me really hurt my feelings. I'm not sure why there are below average votes here. This place might literally have the nicest employees working. They are always efficient. If they are out of something or short-staffed, there's usually a kind note at the drive-thru menu. They're always prepared when you pull up and happily scan any QR codes you have for a discount. I am not sure why this location is getting poor reviews! I am a busy mom so often go here at least two times a week on my way to work. In my opinion this is the best location in the state! The workers are always so friendly, fairly quick and I've never had my order messed up. Even if it were messed up, things happen! Once they forgot to give me my food order but once I mentioned it they apologized about 10 times! Not a big deal! My drinks here have always been so much better than other beans I have gone to. I was so excited to see a Beans & Brews come to Bountiful. There are so few options in the area for a decent cup of coffee and Beans is one of my favorites. Sadly, there is more wrong than right here. First and most notably, the physical location is awkward to say the least. If you're coming from the south, prepare to risk your life and vehicle dodging southbound traffic trying to turn left. If you make it in to the lot, it is super narrow and way too small for the multiple businesses in the building to share. The other issue is the staff. They are rude. Despite having multiple customers in the store and a line in the drive thru, they tend to just do what they want. They will stop working to have personal conversations or randomly decide to stop making coffee to stock a shelf. The last time I went in a 20 something girl helped the guy in front of me and then pretended she didn't notice I was standing there for a good 5 minutes. When she finally did acknowledge me, she didn't listen to my order and treated me as if I were privileged to be served by her. The icing on the whole experience is when she called me sweetie on my way out with an overpriced beverage that I didn't even order. Maybe it is just too hard to find good baristas in Bountiful. read more
