Caramel Cubano - Inside a Nissan car, a person holds an iced coffee with a straw, with the dashboard and side mirror visible, and a cloudy sky outside.

Personal experience: I kid you not I absolutely love their customer service and their coffee! This is my first time here and honestly the best coffee shop around here! Drinks: I'm going to give this place a 5star because I ordered a Caramel Cubano and I fell in love with it. Great taste and amazing coffee. Service; I absolutely love their service! Their apple play was down and I didn't have my card with me and Bella the barista went out her way and told me I was able to cash app her and was able to pay for me! This is top tier customer service!

Left : Salted Caramel Mocha (oat milk, iced, 16oz) Right: Caramel Cubano ( oat milk, iced, 16oz) - Two iced coffee beverages in clear plastic cups are held by two people inside a vehicle, with a city street and traffic lights visible through the windshield.

Java Jo's is a very welcoming shop, it's a drive thru joint. Unlike other coffee shops the employees seem pleased to be there, they don't seem stressed and overworked, they are very kind and helpful. Customer service 10/10 Now coffee talk !!Every time we've come they seem to have a uniform of how they prepare their drinks. If you're looking for a creamy coffee Java Jo's is the place to go, they have unique flavors and espresso that does not hold a bitter taste.

Complimentary view. Wave to the skiers.

Absolutely awesome Utah coffee hut spot. Yum! We had some of the worst coffee of our entire lives on this recent trip to SLC, so this place was more than welcome respite. It is on par with the craft coffee we have in Sacramento even. We had the cinnamon dolce, mt of mocha, and the salted caramel mocha between the three of us, and all were craveable tastiness. They actually tasted like coffee and the flavors listed, imagine that! The barista at the window was kind and conversational, reminding me of Dutch bros back home. Coffee hut drive thru. Don't forget to ask for choccy covered coffee beans if some aren't offered! Yummy and free stuff yay!

Really good coffee. I've driven by this place for years and have never stopped. I decided to do that today after a morning hike. On my way to my daughter's I looked for coffee shops close to me using Yelp, and this is one of the ones that came up so I decided to try it. Long Long lines on both drive through's. Line didn't move that fast so we just accepted it and waited our turn. I ordered a Frozen Mocha with an extra shot of espresso and a black house coffee. I was pleasantly surprised just how good their house coffee was. It was really smooth and no after taste. Unlike most of these types of coffee places. (that's why I was ok trying out a new place) the frozen mocha was really, really good. So creamy and you could actually taste coffee and mocha in the drink. I was wishing I had ordered a larger one. After such a good tasting experience I decided to stop in again this past weekend. The lines weren't so long but....the coffee wasn't as good this time. I'll be back at some point, but if the coffee tastes like the second time I went, I don't think I'll be back, since the coffee is on the pricey side. Cashiers are really friendly and they even gave my doggies a treat!

I love all three locations, but this one is the one I frequent. I no longer live in Salt Lake, but every time I'm in town I have to grab a Frozen Chai from Java Jo's, it's seriously the best! I also love that they give out a chocolate covered espresso bean with every drink order, cute little added pleasure! If you are in a hurry this place is perfect since they are little shacks in parking lots and completely drive thru!

If you have seen any of my other reviews then you have to know that if there is a coffee kiosk that I am going to be trying it. This one had specialty drinks and your normal stand bys as well. For sizes. Some snacks. Punch card loyalty club. Good flavored coffee. And it came with an espresso bean! Staff was friendly and smiling.

Came for the London fog with lavender, couldn't really taste the lavender . Ice chai was yummy, ladies friendly and put out drinks fast. Great go to place for a quick pick me up.

I ordered the snickers in hopes it would be sweet but not overpowering. Maybe that was my mistake. I saw it and I was already nervous. The entire drink was dark brown. It looked like chocolate milk. Which idk, maybe that's what it's supposed to look like, but oh my goodness I couldn't even taste the extra shot of espresso I ordered. Literally straight hersheys syrup. So I poured half of it out, added some almond milk and it's still pretty concentrated. Idk I'm not the kind of person to veto a place for making one bad drink, but I like my coffee to taste like coffee lol. Hopefully next time I go it does! In other news, the raspberry muffin was yummy!

Immediately I liked the vibe-it's an edgy, totally local and co-created space with folks from the area. There is a bulletin board in the vestibule with fliers and posters about current events and services-totally haphazard and chaotic. Inside, there's art all over the place, unique decor and a calendar of events that look to be different support groups that meet here. How cool. This isn't a polished, bougie or uptight place. This is for real folks with real personalities and a bit of grit. And I like it. The coffee's pretty good too. ;-)

The sourdough on the plate was so good. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meal . Only complaint would be my husband ordered a latter they had on special and hehe they brought it. We waited around 10 minutes to be seated. Staff were pretty nice. Our waitress was nice, but very busy trying to be hostess AND take orders - superwoman! I got the avocado toast and added two eggs. The flavors were really good! I did t expect corn on my toast and would've never even thought of adding it, but it worked nicely. I did order the maple pecan latte, but unfortunately they just brought me a regular latte. I didn't make an issue out of it as again, our waitress was busy. Loved the scenery, loved the ambiance and I'll def be back as all the items on the menu look great. FYI - They do cater events!
