Big, comfortable, warm atmosphere (it's December as I write this) and the best two people behind the counter I've encountered in a while. Karl is one of the reasons me and my family have come back to Root'd because of the connection he has made with my children and the genuinely kind soul he is. Before other people go judging him on one shitty night he had they should realize that he is just trying his best and one bad night does not define Karl, because I have seen so much more out of him.
