I usually go to one of those large coffee companies but I noticed the drinks taste really different in Utah so I decided to try this place. Very friendly/helpful staff. I've only tried the sweet tooth frozen so far but it's delicious and I've had it twice. The chocolate covered espresso beans are a cute and tasty treat. ****Update: 10 months later and this is now the only place I get coffee. The staff is ALWAYS friendly I have not had one bad experience . I am really big on having a sense of community and they really make me feel like a valued customer. They remember my name and order and when I bring my dog they give him treats . The lines can be really crazy some days but that should definitely tell you something about the quality . read more

Normally I don't take time to write these things, but a little irony that occurred earlier this week has me doing it anyways. I was standing for morning assembly at my child's school when a friend comes over with coffee (Java Jo's) in hand and I jokingly said "running a little late today are we?". To that she threw her hands up and began telling me how sick she is of the way the two lines are handled at Java Jo's and that she's over it and will not be going back. I then proceeded to tell her that I stopped going there not long ago for the same reasons. I sat and watched too many vehicles coming and going in the line next to me, that came after I was already in line, and I made the decision to stop the madness. I like my latte a couple times a week, but not enough to spend 10 minutes in a line of three cars and seeing 7/8 go through the other while I'm waiting. Yes, it's not the end of the world, I get that, but I also see I'm not the only crazy one out there. This isn't to antagonize you, and I truly hope you stay successful as local businesses are a great part of the community... but you've lost my business and also my friends. Not impressed. I asked for the bagels to be toasted. They weren't. The hot chocolate was watery. First and last time here.

I've stopped here a couple of times on my way to work and have always been disappointed. Yesterday I ordered a double caramel macchiato and there was not a drop of coffee in that drink. It tasted like a milk steamer. Mind you, it was a double and should have had twice the espresso in it! Not worth $5!! I should have known when it took them about 30 seconds to make my drink. A good espresso would never be done that quickly. Besides the horrible coffee, the employees are always nice and personable. I think this may be why people keep coming back. read more

Ordered a hot caramel apple cider on a rainy day and it hit the spot. Delicious and the customer service is superb. (Much tastier than Starbucks). I love this place! I love supporting local coffee spots instead of the bigger coffee giants out there. The employees here are always so energetic and friendly! They really take care of you and clarify your order as well as asking about/offering their punch cards. I have my dogs with me sometimes since it's drive-thru only, and they always offer treats and give my dogs the attention they're looking for. Haha! My favorite part is the free little chocolate covered java beans they give you with your coffee, so delicious! Amazing beverages and outstanding customer service. Every beverage I've tried has been delightful; but, a personal favorite is the grande (or tall, if I want the espresso extra strong) double iced ivory. It is smooth, but still boasts that wonderful espresso flavor. Love the complimentary chocolate covered espresso bean. And I especially love how welcoming they are to my dogs! From what I observed 5/10/16 at 1030 AM , this place really isn't interested in good customer service or selling coffee. I waited in line 6 cars deep for 10 minutes and the line never moved. Not one cup came out of either window. There was a young woman leaning out of the window with a charcoal grey hoodie and long brown hair that I'm sure wasn't meeting health dept codes chatting with the person in the car at the window. Since the line hadn't moved I was anticipating a 60 minute wait so I moved on for my coffee fix. Where is the owner of this place?? There is a help wanted sign in the window. I love Java Jo's. This location is excellent, with friendly baristas and excellent drinks. The iced ivory mocha is killer, not too sweet like some coffeehouses. The drive thru does get a little busy sometimes, and a better selection of treats would be great, but otherwise this is a great choice for coffee. read more

Probably the most balanced iced vanilla latte I've ever had! They've really hit the right ratio of vanilla, milk, coffee (one shot is fine, you should get two if you want to taste the coffee more prominently), and sweetness. I wrote this review because it was the first flavored iced latte drink I've had that was not cloyingly sweet or overly watered down. They served the drink quickly and the staff was very nice. My favorite coffee stop... Every morning, there are at least 12 cars lined up to get their daily dose of caffeine & sunshine. There are 2 reasons this place ROCKS 1. Their coffee is INSANELY good! Perfect. Every time. I can't tell you how many times I've been disappointed with my Starbucks Carmel macchiato - but NOT here. No matter what I order, I've been impressed. 2. Customer Service.
