Most of the plants were fairly common and seemed a little on the pricey side, but I'd be willing to spend a little extra to support a local business. They had a few areas in the shop dedicated to other local businesses which I thought was fantastic. One area had glass made by Goose, another area had cute jewelry, and the other area had a natural pesticide. Our visit was a quick one because we had errands to run, but we'll have to come back for a coffee and a plant or two.

The barista on duty had a distinctive alternative appearance, with heavy dark eye makeup extending from the outer corners of her eyes in a winged style, and visible dark tattoos on her arms. While I respect personal style differences, the overall presentation contributed to a somewhat uneasy impression of the environment. The main issue occurred with my order. The coffee cup had the word "eviles" written on it instead of my name. I asked the barista about it, and she stated it was meant to say "Enjoy." Since it did not resemble that word to me, I asked what language it was written in. She responded that her handwriting is not always easily recognized. The explanation did not fully resolve my concern, and the interaction left me feeling uncertain and uncomfortable. Overall, it was not the experience I would expect from a Starbucks location.

It was really watery and the whole point of having "extra ice" is so that it can be more thick. Keep in mind that I have autism... and sensory issues are extremely hard for me.. i do realize that it is just ice.But if you are a part of the spectrum, sensory is a huge deal. And I have brought this up to them before, many times actually. so they are well aware of my sensory. No one offered to fix it.. And I got literally no apology. If you are working the drive thru, you need to ensure that the people who order coffee, get a straw or what they paid for. I do want to mention that this isn't the only issue that has gone missing or forgotten. Each time that I come through, they always forget the straw, or something in my order but I don't say anything, because I don't want to be that person.But today triggered it. And so i'm speaking up.. Anyways, I hope that service here hanges because i've never dealt with something so disrespectful SO MANY TIMES. I saw a comment about the restaurant being dark, but the lighting seems great. Anything much brighter would probably upset my eyes, especially early in the morning (as that's when we typically go).
