Food 2/5- our sandwiches were not the best- I'd rather stick to our main sandwich shop up the street. Hardly had protein, we hardly had avocado on our sandwich and it was brownish/black- gross! Service 1/5- when we walked in the girls working were gossiping about another employee, they seemed annoyed that we wanted to order sandwiches, however the next customer after us received great customer service and was offered a sample- we were not. Disappointed- stopped in for some bread and they wouldn't get out any butter because they were closing in two hours!! Wtf? Two hours before close and you refuse to let us have butter for the bread? And the girls attitude topped it all off. There are WAY to many options for snacks around the area to be getting stingy with a slice of butter two hours before close. I love the great harvest in Ogden Utah however this location was a disappointment!! My husband and I came here 5/25/24 at 2pm. I ordered the California sandwich and my husband got the Bountiful Club. First it took 20 min to get 2 sandwiches and no one else was getting sandwiches. Mine came missing bacon and avocado. When I went up and asked about it, a blue haired girl that made the sandwich was extremely rude and said I put it on there. She came over and I had to take apart my sandwich piece by piece to show her she in fact she did not put it on my sandwich. She lied again and said.... Well I put it on there and I can put more on it if you want it. There was neither avocado or bacon on it. Why lie when the facts were right there in front of both of us. Terrible attitude and service from her! At that point she was arguing with me about it. I was not going to hand my sandwich back over to her knowing she might do something to it. Why not say oh I'm sorry I must have missed it.....I'd be happy to add it. The girl who took our order was nice. read more

We love Great Harvest! It's right down the street from us and we go there more often than we'd like to admit. Great for a quick muffin for breakfast or afternoon snack for the kids. The bread is seriously so good! We love their cinnamon bread. I try to buy it before it's sliced and we make French toast with it. Great Bread, Horrible Sandwiches. I had a sleeping baby in the car so the drive through seemed like an awesome idea. After waiting for what felt like an eternity for anyone to come and take my order, I get the half California sandwich. It was $4.55 and I was presented with a sandwich meant for a small child. Great Harvest is a Utah staple. Their bread always tastes fresh and delicious. We stopped here for the perfect pairing of baked goods and a Keva juice one morning. We settled for an oatmeal cookie and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was soft, sweet and delicious. The cookie crispy, thin and excellent. Service is always great, they are friendly and helpful. Went yesterday for the first time for the cinnamon rolls, which I was told comes from the bread fresh at around 10 am. I got a scone, muffin, and a cookie and ALL were extremely tasty that I went back again this morning after a Dr. Appointment (before 10, so I missed the cinnamon rolls ) but I got a different scone and muffin but the same perfect cookie. read more

They're good at what they do: very hearty, fairly yeasty, bread. I swing in once in a while for a breakfast roll for the ol' husband and bread for me, and it's HEAVY but good. The sunflower loaf makes delicious toast and is great with marmalade. I'm tempted by the cinnamon loaf, but have yet to get it. I like that they give you a slice of a specialty loaf when you buy too, especially if you're like me and prefer to try before committing to a honking-big piece of baked goods. From samples, I can tell you that their specialty loaves tip over towards the too-sweet side, but it's still good... just very rich. The gingerbread was particularly good.... I didn't like the white chocolate raspberry, it was much too sweet for me. Service is cheerful, friendly and fast - even early in the morning. Can't ask for more. My only wish is that they had some drinks, but with Keva next door, it's simple enough to just use that option. read more

I usually love Great Harvest and had never been to this location. Stopped in since I was nearby, and was repulsed. The entire restaurant was filthy. Booths had food crusted all over them, the floor was covered in crumbs and garbage, dirty handprints all over the walls and windows, dust covering every stationary item, signs on the shelves were sun faded and curled up, bathroom was disgusting, the white walls were black and scratched up. I couldn't believe it! The staff was just sitting talking in the back when they could've been out cleaning. I've been to a few great harvest's, and they've always been clean, had an amazing staff with food to match. This one.....man. If it was my first time in a great harvest, I would think it was a little hole in the wall sandwich shop with mediocre food. Clean up your restaurant! If the customer area is that dirty, I couldn't imagine the back! Maybe the health department needs to stop in! read more

Good sandwiches when they have the product. We went there on Monday for lunch and they were out of turkey. We went there again on Friday for lunch and they were out of turkey and lettuce. They were also out of chips. Why couldn't they just go to the store and get some turkey, lettuce, and chips? The bread is good and their slices of bread is a good value. read more

Ordered a sandwich online after 3pm, even though apparently that is the cutoff for sandwiches. It took 3 calls (2 to the store by me, and 1 from an employee to her boss) to get the knowledge together needed to cancel the order and start a refund. Really a nice place to get some delicious fresh bread, whether it's a loaf of wheat or even the delicious cinnamon swirl bread. The staff are always really nice (and always female for some reason). It's a bit pricey for me to get a loaf there on a regular basis but every once in awhile it's great to enjoy some fresh baked bread. If you stop by, pick up a bag of their whole wheat pancake mix. pretty disappointed. i normally love great harvest but today i went in and ordered a sandwich and they let me know as ordering (the sandwich girl that was making the sandwiches) jumped in and said: we have no cheese. then... i ordered a club sandwich with turkey and ham and the same girl came out and told me she didn't have turkey for my sandwich (but somehow they had turkey for my husbands). then she gave us our sandwiches and the next person waiting for an order got a turkey sandwich and they had turkey for them too? just disappointed in this great harvest. read more

Always fast, friendly service and ohmuhgush that cinnamon burst bread is to die for. I have always been impressed with all the products I have purchased and consumed from here; the loaves make for great gifts. Parking and seating can sometimes be a bit of a challenge, but they definitely do not deter me from swinging by. read more
