This may be controversial, but their cookies truly rival the bigger name cookie brands throughout the state. Dare I say they're much much better? The veggie sandwich is a delight. I always get the honey whole wheat bread. Usually a half sandwich is plenty for me, but the whole sandwich is nice to get if you want leftovers. This location has a drive thru that I've never used - I always order online and pick it up in store. It's reasonably priced - their half veggie sandwich is about $6 and their whole sandwich is $8.25. I recently participated in a sugar cookie taste off with six different bakeries, and Cutler's was one of them. So my review is based solely on one cookie that I tried. I will update my review in the future when I come in to visit. The sugar cookie was Independence Day themed-star shaped, white frosting and red, white and blue sprinkles. The frosting was almost like a fondant-a thicker "shell" rather than a traditional spread frosting. It was different-and a pleasant surprise. The cookie itself had a delightful almond taste, not a traditional sugary taste. A few people in my group really liked it, and a couple did not. I think it really depends on personal taste and what you like. I really liked it-in fact, I think it might become one of my favorite sugar cookies. This place is slowly and slowly getting disappointing after each visit. Slow service, teenagers just sitting behind the counter not paying attention to order or customers waiting. Tonight I took my 2 girls in and ordered 2 sandwiches, we were the only ones in there and waited over 20 minutes for our sandwiches. Come to find out they gave them to someone through the drive through. The lady that received our order came inside and gave back the order. The girl behind the counter gave us that bag that had already been with someone else and didn't even offer to make us new sandwiches. My sandwich was also made wrong. Everything is fresh and delicious. Any trip even close to Bountiful should include lunch and a cookie at Cutler's. My personal favorite is the turkey on soft sour dough bread, no lettuce, add sprouts and avocado. Everyone is enthralled with Crumbl cookies these days, but I think Cutlers was the original cookie place and their cookies never disappoint. The only downside is the store is tiny and parking can be a problem. They have solved that by using a drive thru. read more

This is my favorite go to. The sandwiches are perfection. The bread is soft and they always add a lot of meat. Plus the sauce/dressing is so good! The turkey is something I crave weekly. I went to the one on Centerville once and they really skimped on the meat, so I make sure to go to this location. My only complaint is the cookies. They are ok, but not the best. There are so many cookie places that I'd rather go there unless I'm already here for a perfect sandwich. The chocolate based cookies are the best. Most are cooked more than I'd like and aren't as soft. But chocolate mint and similar are good. read more

Cutler's cookies were cool before the current cookie craze. Their Peanut Butter - Chocolate Frosted Cookie simply can't be beat. They don't try to impress you with a bunch of gubely glock frosting to send you into a sugar coma. Just really great cookies. now normally, i'd leave a five star review because the sandwiches are delicious! And they still were when i just went there! But today it was a problem with the employee. i went there today, February 5th, and around 3:30pm. the place was dead, and we were the only people in there who ordered sandwiches, and we only ordered 3. there were about five employees there wnd it took them almost 30 minutes to get us our sandwiches! they weren't even working on them half the time, they were just standing around talking. i don't expect it to be a fast food place, but it should not take that long when they have that many employees at such a dead time of day. normally, the service is great there! but i just want to let the company know that these employees were lazy beyond all compare.(btw this was at the bountiful location) read more

Another disappointing sandwich and visit! My sandwich had little meat and did not cover the entire bread. Plus had almost no mayo or sauce. I came home and added more ham and mayo. The wheat bread seemed very dry also. I also order it without tomatoes, and of course, tomatoes were on the sandwich. How difficult is it to follow my order request. Too many irresponsible teens working worrying about goofing off and checking their phones. This visit will be my last and I only came here to use up a previous credit on my account due to a mess up on my previous order... We were in the process of cleaning our new house and got a hankering for sandwiches. My fiancé used to come here all the time and he wanted to take me to see what I thought. I love the old deli feel like back in NY. Fresh baked goods on display and a real hearty menu with several bread options. I also love that they have a drive thru! We both ordered the egg salad sandwiches but he got his on a croissant and I got mine on rye. Omg the bread is incredible. Huge slices and you can tell it's baked fresh. The croissant was light and flaky. Loved the sandwich but I kept getting a taste of pickles or pickle juice. There weren't pickles on sandwich so it made me think the egg salad was made with it. Never had it like that before and it was pretty good. We each got a cookie...you can't skip getting dessert it's scrumptious. He got chocolate chip and I got frosted sugar. I've been going to the Centerville location for 15 years. I always got a kids meal (1/2 sandwich, chips, drink, cookie), which would fill me up and cost approx. $6.00. They just raised the price to $8.50! For a kid's meal! I'm sad to say they just lost my business. For that price, I can go to a decent sit-down restaurant (nothing too fancy) and get a nice meal that has a whole sandwich. If they want to cut down, they should keep the price at $6.00, but take the cookie out (which has also gone up over a dollar). You would think that with all the new cookie places popping up, they would want to keep the business of happy, life-long customers. Three kids meals should not cost $28.00 - especially when most kids never finish the whole thing. This is truly a sad day for me. The cooky center of my world. I first had these when a work associate brought them in for us for Valentine's day a year ago. We all ooohhed and ahhhed and ate them slowly, savoring the rich sugar cooky base and the yummy frosting. Their seasonal cookies are works of art: fancy sugar cookies with special shiny frosting and sprinkles or decorations. Thought they were so nice, I sent a box of them to my parents (safely packed in their custom pizza boxes). My personal fave is the chocolate brownie cooky with marshmallow creme and choc frosting. This Bountiful location is small, easily overlooked as you are driving by, and has a drive thru. They also sell sandwiches, but its all about the cookys, friend. I discovered this place has a tiny factory, even closer to my house, so that's where i go, but I'm not telling where it is. Wanna impress someone? Give them a Cutler Cooky or 2 for whatever holiday is coming up. But be sure to buy YOURSELF one or the intended cooky eater may never see the cooky. Beware the addiction factor. read more

I'll have to try their sandwiches someday but their cookies are soooo good that I end up having them for lunch instead of actual lunch! Today was my wife's birthday, so we stopped by for a sandwich and treat. There were about 2-3 cars in the drive thru when we walked in. We were the only ones to walk in. There were as many as seven teenage workers. Many just seemed to be loitering. A cute girl took our order and I paid. A couple came in after us and much to my surprise, they received their order before us and left. Our receipt was time stamped, so I know how long things took. I ordered a roast beef sandwich and my wife ordered a turkey avocado. One drink, one cookie, one bag of chips. No biggie, right? It had been over 20 minutes and we still hadn't received our food. I began a video and have almost four minutes of them casually taking their time. No urgency. Not a care in the world. They were so slow! Opening a bag of lettuce and sniffing it! It was a total joke. When a kid came over and asked me to stop filming, I had had it. We asked for our money back and he took back the drink, chips, and cookie.
