Sometimes what we'll see from bakeries that also try to have sandwiches are that the bread is usually fantastic, but the actual sandwich part is an afterthought (looking at you, Paradise). Sometimes we have places like this, where the bread is nearly otherworldly, topped only by the sandwich itself. This is a dinky little place, with very little interior seating (most of the people I saw were getting their orders to go), but it does have a drive-thru that seemed to move ok, considering. I thought service inside was a touch on the slower side, but as soon as I unwrapped the sandwich and took a bite, it was pretty close to all worthwhile. The cookie I had was a bit novel, sort of combining a brownie and cookie (and this place is definitely big on cookies), but the B-Town Club sandwich I had was nearly a perfect fit for what I wanted. It was a little slice of heaven, right there. I definitely will be returning, though I hope they actually get to the wiping of the tables part before I show up next time, because they have a sort of scattered menu that made me miss a sandwich that I probably would have tried first, had I seen it. My go to meal anywhere is a sandwich and a cookie, and this place as the best of both. I order a BLT every time I come because they make my most favorite BLT ever! The bacon is perfect every time. Cookies are heartburn specials. They might use that fast acting yeast which cases heartburn. Cookies seem frozen and or day-old some days, very hit or miss. I just can't get over how they cause heartburn like crazy. I think all roads would lead back to some corner being cut or use of some pre-processed ingredient.... but I am guessing. All I know is when I eat a cookie from there I pay for it later. They used to be good but with better choices out there, pass this place by. Sandwiches are just a huge piece of puff bread with boring meats. This just is tired, and nothing special at all. You get better sandwich wrapped in cellophane from a grocery store deli. read more

Let me tell you my story of going to Cutler's. I walked in and approached the counter. A young woman was turned around working on something. I greeted her and asked her how she was doing. As she turned around the my heart skipped. The girl standing before me was the most beautiful girl I'd ever seen. She wore a simple white apron and a BYU snapback with long, lushish, blonde, falling brilliantly out the back. The girls face was a perfect tanish, milky white, with large dazzling blue eyes and kissable cherry lips. The girl was simply stunningly gorgeous, like a painting of a goddess brought to life. She smiled sweetly at me, her eyes sparkling like stars flaunted under the night sky. With a honey-sweet voice she asked,"What can I get for you today?" Needless to say I'm head over heels in love with this girl. read more

Ordered a Whole Deli Sandwich with Sourdough Bread. One half of the sandwich was made with so so fresh bread and the other half was, at the least, made with day old stale bread. Very disappointing. Nothing worse than a sandwich with bad bread. read more

I adore cutlers. They have great sandwiches for a great price. My all time favorite is the B-Town club. It's a hot sandwich with turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and this excellent pesto mix. While we love their food, I was extremely disappointed that none of the employees were wearing masks while preparing or serving our food today. At the very least, post a sign at the drive-thru stating that your employees will be handling food without a mask so that we can choose before we order. We were the only ppl inside the store. Requested no tomatoes on both sandwiches & guess what WE GOT TOMATOES. Got 2 of the marshmallows chocolate cookies. On my visit I ordered the Turkey Guacamole and got the Turkey Cranberry mistake #1. I didn't mind trying it but man did they pack on the Cranberry it was smothered on both sides of the bread, so if you do order this ask for light Cranberry. I got the milk chocolate chip cookie and Sugar cookie. The Milk Chocolate Chip cookie was delicious the sugar cookie not so much. The Sugar Cookie tasted really bland and the frosting had a very funky after taste so I tossed that. The price of the cookies are $1.19/cookie not really worth it since the quality is kinda iffy and the size is somewhat small. I hope you have an extra 15-20 minutes for eating because they do take their sweet time to put together a sandwich. There were 4 employees there 1 of them went outside to windex their car windows and the other 3 were playing with there phones, there was no one else in the lobby so I don' t understand why it took over 15 minutes to put together a cold sandwich that I didn't order in the first place. read more

Not only do they have the best cookies but also excellent customer service. My friends and I arrived at Culver's after a bike ride with a desperate need of cookies. Turns out the shop wasn't open yet. Troy from cutlers was so kind and helped us pick out cookies anyway. The glazed sugar cookies are my favorite followed by the mint chocolate. So. I remember coming here when I was like 12 and I loved the food. I'm 16 and now work here! I still love the food and love the cookies even more. I know that as a employee were taught to always smile and make the food with love (quick love but love). If you are looking for new places to go you've found your next stop. I guess I should have checked my order before I pulled out of the parking lot. When I got back to work I found that my soup was some sort of Chicken Veggie... not good for the tummy. My family and I stopped by tonight for some sandwiches and cookies. The cookies were good, sandwiches were nothing above average. They looked and tasted like something you could make at home with your typical ingredients. Nothing to brag about. Definitely expected more for what I paid. The workers were nice enough and we only had to wait a few minutes for our food. What really blew me away was how they handled a couple who walked in at 8:15, fifteen minutes before closing. The couple orders and then are turned away because "we're closing in 15 minutes, so we're basically closed now." The couple seemed surprised, but left without a word. I was in disbelief. I've worked at a busy restaurant for six years as an assistant manager and if my employees ever did that, they would be fired immediately. We've had to take large parties of +20 people 3 minutes before closing because that's just decent service. Sure, it is annoying, but fifteen minutes before closing? When it takes three minutes to make a sandwich? Does management know about this? Horrible. Not impressed. read more

We love supporting local family businesses! Don't pass up their cookies--a balanced diet is one in each hand ;) the sandwiches are tasty, we enjoy their fresh wheat bread. We have tried their turkey club, avocado and cranberry sandwiches so far with no complaints! The strawberry spinach salad is also a delightful fresh option. Parking can be a hastle so we try to go during odd hours. They do have a drive through though. Sometimes it is really hard to make a left turn across traffic. If we're rating the Cookies alone... 5 STARS!!! However, lately the sandwiches haven't been very good. Someone told me they bake the bread fresh (not sure if that's true) but it seemed really dry. Cookies were great, I should have stopped there. Sandwiches were a huge disappointment. LOTS of mayo and little else. The meat was extremely skimpy, and I'm not a huge meat lover. I had turkey/avocado and will say the avocados were plentiful. It was more like a mayo/avocado sandwich. My husband had the roast beef, it was a lot of bread and mayo with a little beef. We were disappointed. We try and support local businesses, so I'll return for the cookies but pass on the sandwiches. read more
