This place keeps going down hill. I found a hair in my sandwich two weeks ago. Tonight I ordered a ham, cheese and mayo only. Once home my ham and cheese sandwich was drowning in ranch (I didn't even ask for ranch!) I don't plan on coming back to cutlers after my last two visits being inedible. I couldn't eat them so what a waste of money. I cannot recommend this place to anyone . read more

This review is just for the cookies, though now I'll have to return and try the sandwiches! Really outstanding cookies, especially the frosting. Nothing bland or dry here. My husband ate most of the brownie salted caramel before I could take a picture, and after tasting it, I get it! I would absolutely recommend the brownie marshmallow. Friendly and quick service. Amazing cookies! However, it's not the Cutler's that it used to be. Now the employees are just kids goofing around. No leadership. We were the only customers and ordered 3 sandwiches. After 20 minutes I asked if our order would be ready soon because we had an event to go to. They said they had made one sandwich and were working on the other two. After 30 minutes we got our 3 little sandwiches. One of the sandwiches was wrong. read more

Growing up in the Bountiful area, Cutler's sits on a nostalgic pedestal. Don't get me wrong, this was good food, but I don't think this is some place I would go on a regular basis. My wife and I took a couple of our kids here and I really wasn't impressed. The cookies were ok, the sandwiches were ok, the soup was ok. I guess we have left the Bountiful bubble and our tastes have changed. I love supporting local businesses so I was happy that there were many locals there at the time. I usually love this place and have been coming here religiously. Until recently their prices are unreasonable. I know inflation is up but compared to their competitors I feel like you are paying at least $6-7 more for a combo meal than other places. Tasty cookies. I haven't made my way up to Cutler's in awhile, but stopped by today and got a dozen cookies. Favorite cookies - Peanut butter with peanut butter and chocolate icing, brownie with mint and chocolate icing, snickerdoodle, lemon drop melt-away. Chocolate chip was also good. Husband enjoyed the marshmallow brownie as all. Their sugar cookie is not my favorite. I didn't get the one with buttercream icing on it today, but in the past I've been disappointed every time. I could also pass on the glazed sugar cookie I got today. Underwhelming compared to their other cookies. Would never again get the salted caramel brownie. It just wasn't good. Got a couple sandwiches and they were good, but the real reason to go here is for the cookies. 5 stars just cause some of the cookies were that good. read more

Cookie time. My girlfriends and I love doing this at desert places! Why just try one?! Try a little of everything. So fun! I recommend it! We had a whole array of cookies. By far my favorite the lemon melt away, classic chocolate chip, mint chocolate and double peanut butter Cookie! Yum. The lemon really melted away! The peanut butter was perfect also Not good.... Snickerdoodle hard as rock. pumpkin ...you just tasted chocolate and frosting- no pumpkin dang it. Almond sugar cookie but I guess I don't like hard sugar cookies with royal icing on it. Cutler's is right around the corner from my house and it's a bit of a problem! I've only tried one sandwich here, and that's the turkey avocado. It's such a good sandwich that I can't bring myself to try another one. Some breads here aren't my favorite, whether they be a bit dry or hard, but the honey wheat and the whole wheat are worth a try! The soups are pretty good and they offer different options daily. The cookies, however, are out of this world! I consistently get the brownie mint cookie. It's just so good, I can't stop myself! The service here is pretty good, however, we've had some minor issues in the past but those issues have always been resolved quickly. Cutler's is amazing! read more

I'll be honest, I haven't been extremely adventurous when it comes to ordering here. I always get the same two things because I've never been disappointed by them. Their chicken salad sandwich is excellent but the crowning jewel of my meal is the frosted peanut butter cookie...heaven! Instead of a birthday cake last year I requested a pile of these cookies & it totally made my day. Their frosted mint & marshmallow cookies are also heavenly but all the frosted cookies are pretty sugar packed, so I eat them sparingly. read more

Cutler's is pretty great! I'm so in love with their brownie marshmallow cookie. Like....I put Cookie Monster to shame with my love for these cookies. They are absolutely delicious. Their soups are pretty good; they have different ones each day, so some days you get lucky and have great options, and other days, you just skip getting a soup because the flavors are just ok. I really like their pastrami sandwich, but I find consistently that the bread is dry! They have good flavors, it just makes your mouth bone dry and you require a large sip of Diet Coke before you take your next bite. The spread itself is good, and the pastrami is divine. But the bread is usually more of a miss than hit. Drive-through time is usually a little bit on the long side, so not ideal if you're in a hurry. Also, be super careful about purchasing gift cards here...I got one for Christmas, and in fine print on the back, it has an expiration date...I went in what seems like only several months after receiving a gift card (it was definitely within a year of receiving the gift card) and it had already expired! That's frustrating, like money just thrown away. Cutler's has its pros and cons, but I will continue to go because they do have some good things to offer read more
