The staff at drive-thru was very nice and excellent at their work. From the way they spoke to me taking my order to handling my payment to delivering my custard. I was impressed. The inside looks very inviting; the place has been around for years. There were four employees and only one was working. We waited close to twenty minutes for four cookies. The cookies looked great, but they tasted kind of bland and a bit old. The trouble seems to be a management issue. We'll give it another try in a few weeks, and hopefully, they'll have it sorted out. In the meantime, we'll continue to drive to the Chip in Farmington because the cookies are just that good. We ordered a "Better Than Sex", "Choconut", and two "Oreos". The total was $13.64.

The owners need to speak with the managers (or whoever keeps the products in stock), so they can perform inventory checks and ensure that they keep the bare basics available for customers (like vanilla ice cream and whipped cream). If this place goes under, it will be because of their inability to keep items they offer in stock. Sadly, I will not return. "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me."
