I totally understand that you make them fresh, and that's appreciated. But for certain cookies--like the lemon ones--you know they need to be refrigerated or at least cooled down before adding the icing. In this case, the lemon cookies weren't even cooled. What I received was a hot cookie with melted icing on top. Naturally, the icing just slid off. What I'm saying is that everything should be prepared and ready when they come to pick up, so they can arrive at their destination on time. Let's hope things improve. I don't know about crumbl but I like my sprinkles on top of my cookie not on the bottom. Marshmallow in Rocky road is practically non existent. Kentucky butter cookie is missing the glaze. Holy smokes! We have come to this location now five times and every single time we have come they have been out of cookies. Before 630 on a Saturday? People aren't thinking about desserts any earlier than this so why are they not cookies being made? This is five times now we've tried to give this location business, and they have let us down for the fifth and final time. As you can see by us giving them multiple multiple chances it's just ridiculous at this point. Hoping the owner of this franchise sees this and their team can figure out better ways to time making cookies. The employees were highly unhelpful and rude. We came in to redeem a birthday cookie but weren't sure how to find that on the app. They would not show us how to find it on the app. They told us we had to be a Silver member to redeem, we are silver members and it shows so on our app. Finally I found the button myself and they unenthusiastically gave us our cookie. There cookies are absolutely delicious the best one is plain chocolate chip they heat it up and it is so gooey and good. The staff is amazing great customer service and they work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible. The space is pretty nice but not so good when I went the floors weren't clean.
