Ordered a dirty soda (Jessi Ngatikaura's June 2025 fav drink- Dr Pepper, strawberry, toffee and coconut cream), The Nutcracker hot chocolate, a small kids sugar cookie, and the mini pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. Overall v impressed! I didn't think I would like the dirty soda, but it was amazing. The hot chocolate was good but nothing incredible or that I would eagerly return for. I prefer Swig to all the other soda shops but the new service model just doesn't work. I am not sure why they moved to the "wait for someone to come outside and take your order" model. If traffic is heavy I can see the value but when slow it just seems to be a pain for both the employee and the customer, for so many reasons including not being able to see the menu. Well, couldn't be more dissatisfied with my experience tonight. Like all soda shops they were quick as they should be, employees weren't as welcoming as most experiences which I can look past, everyone has bad days. Got a total of 4 drinks, 2 beach bums one a 32oz with strawberry boba and 24oz with passion fruit. They messed up and didn't pay attention while I was ordering with the 32oz and gave me a 24oz with no boba and only partially filled up, which is not what I expect for $24 worth of drinks! Super displeased will stay away from this location as they couldn't take the time to properly take my order correctly and take the time to make sure it was filled. The service is always fast and friendly, I am OBSESSED with their Strawberry Breeze if you need a "healthy" alternative to your usual Diet Coke (I know you, Utah peeps ;) They make their little nook work, it can get a little squishy and difficult to get in/out of the parking lot but it's good. Since we live in a state that doesn't have Swig, we patronize our local establishments and the one reason I dock stars for Swig is they have limited sugar free options. The spots we visit in NV have far more and thus we are able to sample more things without driving our blood sugar into the stratosphere. I take my kids here all the time after school (it's on the way home) and we love the drinks, snacks, and service. They have something for everyone! My daughter's favorite snack is the pretzel bites. They taste like food court pretzels but so much better! They don't have that overwhelming chemical taste, and they don't make you feel overly full. My son loves to cookies. I think they're a million times better than Crumbl, and cookies aren't even Swig's specialty! The service is amazing and they always have workers outside to accommodate the long lines that can form. The inside of the shop is so adorable, it reminds me of a 50's soda shop! My kids definitely want to work where when they're older! read more

I love Swig's dirty sodas and fruit waters. However they are inconsistent with their mixes, especially with their fruit waters. I went two days in a row and bought the same drink at the same location at the same time of day. One day the drink was perfect, the second day it tasted like water with a slight hint of flavoring. This is one example of many that I have experienced with Swig over the years. These type of businesses are all about refined processes and procedures. I am confident they have developed exact recipes for their drinks. It's interesting how much liberty the staff take in interpreting exact measurements. A $2.61 beverage should not be water with a hint of flavor. I guess MIO is a viable alternative. read more

Swig is a great spot to get your sweet drink and treats on! They have a lot of choices to choose from, but if you are a non soda drinker like me and get overwhelmed with the menu and want to try a recipe of theirs...there might not be enough options. On the menu we saw that there was only one recipe drink with light lemonade. Where is the powerade, or punch? None of those. It's okay though. We went with the light lemonade option, their Dream hot chocolate, chocolate chip cookie, and peppermint sugar cookie. I love their sugar cookies, but the peppermint one was okay and their chocolate chip cookie is no Crumbl. Also, their hot chocolate was yummy, but the shot of raspberry was strong. Their drink though was amazing! We also got passion fruit popping boba with it and there was a lot of it! So good! I didn't realize they also have tapioca pearls. We are boba lovers, so we definitely want to go back and try it! We love that there is a drive thru. I think the outside menu though does need to be updated to reflect there is more options, because there is powerade and boba smoothies and you can customize. read more

The lines are long at swig but I am more disgusted with the fact that they have to stand outside for hours taking orders. I would rather the lines be a little slower if the poor employees didn't have to stand outside in the blazing heat; you can even see the sweat on their faces. Greatest place ever I love every worker. I love the worker name paxton hadley. I went week before March 16. I love it cause it was my first time and a kid very tall happy funny and smart and looks like he would be a manger. I love him he made me laugh he guess on what of my favorite soda. The St. George original opened a new location in Bountiful, which is awesome. Their sugar cookies really do live up to their legend. However, their drink concoctions are no longer unique to the area, as other places like Fiiz offer a very similar menu. My issue with Swig, and the reason for my 3-stars, is the crappy, crappy location. Swig is notorious for having quite the line of cars in the drive-thru, and the location has room for a max of 5 cars. Because Swig is on such a busy road, you may find yourself driving around the block to try to get a spot in line. You can go in, I course, but the small parking lot + the drive-thru would make it very difficult to get out. I won't be a regular, I may stop in from time to time for a cookie, but nothing else is worth the headache. read more

Not to impressed with the drinks. I'm a diet everything and I was bummed they don't have a lot of diet syrups. They only have 4 flavors. That just isn't enough choices for me dang it. I do like their sugar cookies. Tonight I got to try the "dirt ball" cookie that I've heard a lot about. It is like a under cooked cookie - or a brownie with chocolate frosting. I have never posted a Yelp before this but, I have just had the absolute WORST experience at this Swig location. We pulled in to no line and went right to the window and ordered two 32 oz "the fighter" with sparkling water and substitute cranberry for the peach that is supposed to be in it. I have ordered this MANY times in the past from various swig locations and it is delicious. When we pulled to the second window to pay and get our drinks. They hand us our drinks and they are clear, they're supposed to be pink, so we say that it isn't right so the girl says she will take and stir it and it'll make it pink. She takes one and you can clearly see they added raspberry purée and then we say the other one is also clear and we had tasted it and it had peach in it so we needed another one she said she'd make another one and walked away. At this point everything is fine they messed up no biggie UNTIL a different girl, who has bleach blonde hair, a tattoo on her wrist and 3 hoop earrings, (she wouldn't tell us her name so I'm describing her instead) comes back with the drink and says "next time your drinks are wrong you need to pull to the front because we have a lot of people behind you who are waiting for their drinks." We were taken aback at the abrupt way she said it and how attacked we felt by that statement so we asked what she wanted us to do if our drinks were made wrong and I said that if someone would have told us to pull around we would have been happy to do so but none of their employees told us to until she came to berate us for not pulling forward. Then she had the audacity to tell us that next time we came we needed to be more specific with what we wanted so that they didn't get it wrong. Instead of taking any responsibility for the drinks being wrong she put it all on us. We asked her how we could be more specific when we literally told them the specifics of what we wanted and that was what was printed on the sticker on our drink. From someone who has worked customer service her whole working life, retail and a flight attendant, I have NEVER seen or experienced worse customer service before. Don't even think of ordering a gift card from their website! It has been a nightmare for me. I order a gift card to be sent (website says delivery by mail is free) to someone for their birthday. I bought a $50 gift card, put in the address and my credit card information. I received a confirmation that it had been order and it would be sent in 5 to 7 business days. Good right? Nope, nothing after that. Gift card not sent, even after 2 weeks. I emailed them three times, with no response at all. I called a store near the person who was to receive the card. I told them the problem, they took my name, phone # and email address. They said they would have someone call me Nope, nothing! I would never even consider doing this again. Poor customer service, a website that probably is never checked and certainly not responded to, and no gift card and no answers!
