Cute small little dessert shop. Has a few tables. 1 server things made in house tried the viral pistachio sweet soup which was one of their unique items. Definitely taste like pistachio good size for 1 person. The other item was the panda jelly noodles with mango and popping boba and coconut milk. Mangos was not quite in season because it's not the season. Otherwise the othmanus noodle have more selection of fruit toppings. They had other Chinese desserts as well. Didn't get to try yet. Their menu is on a QR code with wechat that I don't have so you can. Order with the server. Note cash and debit only

We got take out on a Friday night around 9pm and it wasn't too busy, food was ready very quickly. Tried the milk pudding which I thought would be hot or had the option, but it was only cold. It was nice and smooth but lacking a familiar flavour from steamed milk that I was expected. Also tried the super bowl which i like enjoyed much more. It contains a variety of toppings and goes together really well. Would go back again to try other items or have another super bowl.

Came here after dinner. Menu is simple and I opted for one of their more expensive options, which included a lot of ingredients. Overall it was sweet but not overtly so Ingredients including sage and jelly mashed with each other well. Nice dessert with feeling too fatty or oily. Small store but fast turnover.

I came here when it had its soft opening. Everything is 10% off. The desserts are good especially the pudding. There were long line ups and the staff were really busy filling orders. At one point they had to bring in extra tables from the restaurant beside them (Big Beef Noodles who are the same owners here). This is definitely a welcome dessert option to the Peachtree Plaza.

Returning the 2nd time with fam on a Sunday to try their other desserts. Both times we arrived at 6pm to beat the night time dessert rush. We ordered red bean double milk pudding, black sesame paste and fresh fruits osmanthus rice noodle. Milk pudding and osmanthus rice noods was my favourite from this visit. They loaded lots of red beans on the milk pudding and they match and go well together. The red bean adds a nice texture to the smooth pudding. This is a decent and affordable dessert store. I will be back then I crave for their desserts.

This new dessert place is still offering a 10% discount and the prices are pretty reasonable. Tried the fruits with Osmanthus rice noodle which was what drew me to this place. The base is a sweet coconut milk which balanced out the tartness of the fruits but I found it kind of overpowered the osmanthus flavour in the rice noodles. There were a lot of other options like a build-your-own bowl. I also want to try the pistachio paste next time!

Hoja - taiwanese popcorn chicken

Yeah!! I finally got to try an authentic Taiwanese restaurant at First Markham Place. "Hoja" means…read moredelicious in Taiwanese and that caught my attention since last year. The decor is full of colourful lanterns and simple furniture. However, the metal chairs are not comfy at all. That could be changed. The service was quick for lunch. I got the business lunch set which the vermicelli noodle soup came quickly. I wish it was hotter in temperature and that it had more coriander. I also had to ask for the black vinegar to go with it which it should have been given. The spicy sauce was already at the table. The pickled cabbage was a nice crunchy side. The winter melon tea was nice, but not enough tapioca since I paid extra for that. The popcorn chicken was amazing. They nailed that one and also, the deep fried tofu. It reminded me of my trips to Taiwan. The boiled veggies were a nice touch to the meal. To end it off, we shared a hot tofu dessert dish. Overall, it was a great experience. There could be some changes to the restaurant, but I know their focus is on two main traditional Taiwanese dishes.

Saw many reviews of this place when it first opened and I finally got to try it this year…read more Small portions but great if you are looking for something light. Got the mixed noodles and mixed chicken and pork rice. Also got the sweet potato fries to start, very sweet. It's similar to the honey butter chips. The noodles had a Smokey flavour, very different than any noodles I've had. Loved the intestines and beef, tender and flavourful. The space was nicely decorated. Order via app and pay at the counter. Food came out quickly, everyone looked cooked already on the hot table.
