Because there's s bunch of other eateries & a bar, this is a great place to visit if you're meeting up with friends & looking for plant-based options. I had the Miso ginger salad with tofu & a cup of their vegan yellow curry. The service was fast & friendly. I devoured the soup but couldn't finish the salad because it was huge. It was a very filling lunch. Green Seed Market also has a variety of beverages including cold pressed juices. I had the immunity 3.0 & it was very refreshing. The pineapple wasn't overpowering and was perfect. We also got the ranch juice. Loved them both. The vegan sunrise bowl with scrambled tofu wasn't great. Our lunch at Green Collective Eatery was overall average. The space has a nice vibe, but the…read moreexperience lacked a bit for me. It took a little longer than expected for anyone to greet us--likely because the staff seemed short-handed and were juggling a steady line of customers. We tried the ginger snap bites from the display case on the counter. I'm not sure we knew what we were getting because the labeling wasn't very clear. The texture was unexpectedly mushy and not very ginger flavored so we wondered if we were given the snickerdoodle balls instead as the labels were on top of each other. The Med Salad had good flavors overall but the croutons were so hard they were almost inedible and there was an overwhelming amount of anise in it which caught me off guard. The bone broth was the biggest disappointment; it lacked depth and tasted more like an old bouillon cube than a fresh and rich broth. On a positive note, my friend's chopped peanut salad looked fresh and well-composed, so there are definitely bright spots on the menu. In the end, it wasn't a terrible experience--just not one that stood out in the way we hoped. With some tweaks in execution and clearer communication on menu items, it could easily be much better. Will plan to try a smoothy or avocado toast next time.

3-star might justify based on everything I experienced at this coffee shop today…read more Its inconspicuous existence (especially the secondary door that is facing Larimer) is quite intriguing. Utilizing the existing brick walls, the interior layout is creative with all sorts of art. Their location is their luckiest part as it consistently draws steady footprints. It thus gets packed in a few seconds. It offers (firstly) coffee based drinks. It does have a kitchen where they make more than just pastries and the like. It's definitely more than a simple coffee shop for sure. Service, however, was quite basic. The lady upfront smiled but hesitantly. She wasn't rude but I simply didn't feel welcome. Hence describing their current customer service system or skills as "good" might fuel their egos (wow, did I really say that?? LOL!!) My quad latte was decent/good. I could have done less espresso shots as it sure was strong or too strong (this wasn't their fault; it was mine.) Yes, in conclusion, the shop can and should refine its service (upping it one more level might draw solid raves from the people). Well. I'm not that distraught by any means so in due time, I might utilize them in the future.
