Warning DO NOT go here for donuts. Do not repeat my mistake. The menu is illegible, there were no case of baked goods, all warning signs. They made the "donuts" on the fly, fried in tiny fry buddies on the counter. Tasted like a pancake mix, with coolwhip on side. Infuriating. I have no idea what this place is supposed to be, the menu was illegible but review pics (old I see now) show donuts. Way tastier than strange nonsense I received. This abomination was $18 + tip. I would laugh if it wasn't so absolutely unacceptable.

The owner walked me through their recommendations and explained the combo to be used as a meal replacement, with 24g of protein and an energizing tea to go with it that is thermogenic so it speeds up your metabolism. I got my boyfriend a PB Cup Protein Shake and I got a Java Chip (no actual coffee) shake. Paired with a recommended Captain America Tea which is blue raspberry! 100% will be back here.. maybe daily..! So good!

What a cool addition to the growing wheat ridge neighborhood! I tried out the drink combo where you get a smoothie and refresher. For the smoothie I got a Colada which tasted exactly like a pina colada, excellent work! For the refresher I got a Colorado Sunrise and I drank that thing down in seconds. It's a mixture of fruit punch and orange juice and boy was it perfect. I could have an entire liter of this and would want more. Solid refresher! The two ladies behind the counter were extremely helpful and very nice! I had no idea what I wanted and they walked me through the menu until I found what I was craving. Overall, awesome spot! I recommend checking it out.

They walked me through the menu and recommended the Oreo protein shake and the Colorado sunrise - and I'm so glad they did. They were both amazing. Full of taste and also vitamins, nutrients that you would not expect from something that tastes so good. You can hit your sweet tooth without feeling bad about eating something unhealthy. This place has a super wide variety of flavors for protein shakes and they are all delicious. My favorite is the Churro, but I've yet to go wrong with any. The staff has great energy as soon as you walk in the door and is happy to answer any questions. The dining area has a ton of games to play while you wait or hang out for a while.

This is my second time visiting elevat38! The service here is outstanding! The owner is super friendly and very helpful with ordering. Their menu is so hard to choose from because they all look amazing!!! Their daughter drinks their drinks on the menu, so you know it's healthy. So the first time I came, I got my daughter a purple drink haha! She asked for something purple, so I asked the owner for a purple drink and she delivered. So kind! My sister got the Mexican lollipop (mango and watermelon) and I got the Yumi Bear (tropical fruits) both 32oz for $10 each. 7 mini protein donuts - 3 birthday ones and 4 panda ones for $8! Delicious! "They don't look healthy but they are" hahaha LOVE IT!!! Such a cute place to hangout with friends too! Great vibe and atmosphere! Tables and booths for sitting! Plenty of parking out front! I can't say enough positive things about Elevat38. They offer protein shakes, a wide variety of teas, kickin' protein mini donuts and waffles. Their menu has such variety that they can satisfy even the pickiest. And the shakes are DELICIOUS. I am a frequent visitor of Elevat38 because the shakes are healthy, taste great and contain enough protein to keep me full. Aside from all the deliciousness this place has a great vibe. This is a one and done type place for me. The smoothie was okay but nothing to run home about. The part that was more so frustrating for me was that I ordered a banana, coconut, and blueberry and the only real fruit in the drink was blueberry. Everything else was just powder and there was an incredible amount of water and ice. Definitely not worth the ~$9.00 in my opinion. read more

Stopped in today for the first time, the owners are SO sweet and welcoming. Got the oreo shake and the tropical tea, both were DELICIOUS!!! Gave me great energy to get through the rest of the day. Five stars because the two servers waiting on us were kind and calm the entire time. Having been a server before, I was very impressed by them! The food was great and everyone (even the table that ordered last and had to wait the longest for their food) left happy. They even have gluten free toast, which we didn't spot on the menu. The dishes are customizable, and I was able to order my Avocado Toast with potatoes instead of eggs. The Avocado Toast was pretty standard, and the potatoes were not as crispy as I like. It did the job for breakfast, but I would probably order a different side next time. My husband ordered the Chicken and Waffles, and he said the chicken was the best he's ever had. The presentation was also incredible photo worthy. I would definitley return here!

There is a lovely patio and plenty of seating inside but this is a popular spot for good reason! Service is cheerful and expedient throughout. We started with the Mexican cold brew coffee and it might be the best coffee I have had in the area!! It was OUTSTANDING!!! Get it! It's the perfect blend of cold brew, horchata, sweetened condensed milk and cinnamon and I think I could drink it everyday!! We each ordered a skillet, I had the chili relleno skillet with chicken and pancakes for the side and they must be putting magic in those pancakes because they were special. I'm not a big pancake person and I couldn't get enough. They were fluffy and yet they didn't fall apart and I could taste the vanilla they use in the batter. The skillet was massive and delicious and the rellenos were crisp all topped with a hearty portion of expertly prepared green chili. My husband had a different skillet and modified it to add extra proteins and also the rellenos. They were happy to accommodate. What a fabulous brunch experience! I wish I lived closer! Easily a top tier cookie. Between the quality, variety, and how clearly everything is made with care, this place jumped straight to the top of my list. Omg they are super clean and have a fun environment! They are the new hit and town and I can see some people already have some issues and are hating!
