Found this place on tiktok while I was in tow dog sitting for my cousin. My MIL came up from Colorado Springs to have brunch with me. We both aren't huge breakfast people and when I came across this place we were very excited at the thought of toast flight. Yes, you should come here!! And it's worth getting the full flight. Anytime I come back to the Denver area I will be revisiting here. It was the perfect breakfast- nothing to heavy

Best place to get your green fix. Call in ahead if you don't want to wait. Green bowl hits the spot time and time again. Service is a friendly. Great place to crank out the laptop and work for a few hours. Prefer this location to the wash park one. Ambiance is modern, clean and the space has lofty ceilings.

Food - 50/50 (got a drink) Service - 25/25 Ambiance - 25/25 Total 100/100 The Green Collective Eatery is a cute healthy on the go or sit down spot! I personally got a drink to go but saw people sitting enjoying their toasts and coffee beverages. The Clean Green is delish refreshing and light! Loved the coconut water base & ginger in it. Ambience is small and clean with few tables as well as a bar to sit up against the window if you're out solo! it is LoHi parking is spare, if you're nearby def suggest walking! Service wise the ladies behind the counter were nice, we love an acknowledgment when stepping in! Overall i would say the service was quick - then again it was a drink so as expected, fast. Would love to come sit for a cute avo toast sometime! **note card only** they dont take cash.

If you're in the mood for healthy food and great pressed juices.., this is the place. Service was fast and ordered the salad and celery juice... super delicious

Quick bite, the goat cheese one was yummy! The egg one didn't have much flavor. Small space to eat, nice staff.

Smoothie was fine, but for $10 they could at least fill it up all the way. Was pretty noticeable it was only filled 3/4 of the way, compared to other drinks.

Really great options, healthy and yummy. They have soup, for breakfast! I'm in heaven. Emerald Juice and a cup of potato soup. Good setup for the day.

Good, but very pricey! I tried the half avocado, half whipped goat toast as savory and sweet combo. The avocado toast gets a 4/5--great flavors, but I wish the bread had been more toasted. I was also expecting a runny egg, which would have taken it up a notch. The whipped goat toast? 5/5--absolute perfection. The mix of cheese, honey, and nuts was spot on. I'd come back just for this. The atmosphere is pleasant. I dined in and got served at the table, and the service was great. Everything felt fresh and made from scratch. Now, about the pricing--as tasty as the toasts were, almost $30 for two pieces of bread with toppings (including tax and tip) is steep. I just can't justify it when I could make something similar at home for way less. Lower the prices, and I'll gladly return!

Healthy and delicious place for brunch after a good workout or anytime. Good vibe. Small space inside but spots to sit outside if the weather allows. The toast flight is a great options. Good smoothies and the service is fairly fast.

What a cute coffee shop! Was visiting Denver for work and decided to meet up with my friend who lives here at check out this adorable spot for breakfast. Upon entering, it's super cute inside and the staff is extremely friendly. There's not a ton of space to sit indoors, but that's totally fine! They have plenty of patio seating (reminds me of sitting outdoors for lunch as a kid in elementary school haha). We placed our order and decided to sit outside. It was pretty nice weather, but they also have have those space heater things for outside, too, in case it's a little too chilly out. I ordered a matcha latte with oat milk and it was delish. The cups they serve it in was sooo cute, too. I wanted to take it home haha. I think they probably sell them, too. I also ordered an avocado toast that almost looked too pretty to eat. But I ate it anyway and I'm glad I did haah! I was so good! Super cute spot and if I lived in Denver, I'd definitely frequent it!

Yes! Yes! Yes! Fantastic & fun coffees, out of this world breakfast toast, and incredibly warm and welcoming staff. The turmeric latte is soul soothing and toast flight cannot be beat! With a small indoor dining space, this cute coffee shop is quaint, easy to get to, and very enjoyable.

Great addition to South Gaylord st! I like that they had so many gf and vegetarian options. I got breakfast tacos and a matcha latte. They were both visually appealing and tasty. The decor was nice and the service was good too.

The ambiance was indeed attractively designed, bright and open, not too loud even though we sat ourselves near the kitchen. We ordered from menus with our smart phones, and our drinks and food arrived promptly. I ordered the Shakshuka, a northern African dish of stewed tomatoes with feta cheese and spices served with warm crusty garlic bread. A perfectly poached egg was nestled on top, and the dish was accompanied by a side salad of baby lettuces dressed very sparingly in oil and vinegar. Now, ordinarily, for me more is more when it comes to condiments. But the way the salad was dressed allowed the flavors of the lettuces to come through, and its blend of tart and slightly bitter was the perfect foil to the shakshuka, which was hearty, delicious, and spicy indeed! The stew was a generous portion that could be easily shared if you ordered an extra side of garlic bread, which I did. I was lucky to be able to request it from an employee who came around to ask how our meal was. The overall experience was memorable in the best way. I'm already craving the Shakshuka!

Drinks and apps were good, though we didn't try the charcuterie board which seems to be their thing. What fell flat was their speciality-STEAK! Our two filets that were ordered medium rare both arrived well done. One was so dry it was difficult to eat. The two Denver steaks ($70 each) while cooked properly, lacked enough flavor to make them truly wow us. Dessert-key lime pie-came to us frozen and was difficult to cut with a fork. Once it had thawed (as we were paying the check) it had the right consistency. Overall, we were sickened at the thought of having paid almost $1,000 (5 people) for a dinner that was mediocre at best. There are so many other great places in Denver for dinner. I would put Urban Farmer at the bottom of that list if you want great food that is in this price range. Our family loves to gather over great meals and we don't mind spending extra to do so. This dinner left us all kicking ourselves for having chosen this venue over the many others we had reviewed.

It sits conveniently near the Convention Center, possesses a polished dining room, and harbors ambitions that deserve encouragement. On the Fourth of July, however, time itself wandered off to watch fireworks. Six coworkers and I arrived for our 7:30 reservation. We were seated immediately at a comfortable table in the back. The dining room was only about two-thirds full, which made the evening's upcoming mystery all the more impressive. That prompt seating, as it turned out, was the fastest thing that would happen to us all night. Our server greeted us, took drink orders, and brought out some warm Parker House rolls with Amish butter, alongside a bowl of French onion soup. This part was good. The rolls were soft; the soup was rich and comforting. Spirits were high. We ordered our entrees. Then the clocks stopped. Twenty minutes passed. Then forty. Then an hour. At first, we assumed our meals required extraordinary craftsmanship. Perhaps each potato was receiving a heartfelt, individual farewell before being mashed. Maybe the cows for our burgers were being transported from the farm where they source their meat in Wyoming fresh to order. But then we noticed something unsettling: nearly every table around us was waiting, too. Plates were strangely absent across the entire room. We had all been trapped inside an intermission with no second act. Our server, looking more exhausted with every trip from the kitchen, assured us our meals had "just been fired." I believed that he believed it. Ten more minutes drifted by. Our dinners finally appeared roughly ninety minutes after we had ordered. I felt bad for the man. He stayed friendly and professional while serving as the lightning rod for a kitchen catastrophe he had nothing to do with. Sometimes the person carrying the bad news is the one who deserves the most sympathy. The food, at least, tried its best. One of us couldn't stop talking about how excellent the pork chop was. Another declared the salmon outstanding. Three of us ordered the Brush Creek Wagyu burger. Mine arrived a perfect medium-rare. The other two, ordered medium, arrived practically mooing. But after waiting an hour and a half, nobody had the stomach to send them back into the void. They just ate their rare meat and kept quiet. To the restaurant's credit, our server chopped twenty-five percent off the bill without us having to ask. It was a decent, quiet gesture. It acknowledged that the evening had gone entirely off the rails. Corinne clearly has potential. The location is great, the space is nice, and when the food actually makes it to the table, it's mostly quite good. I suspect we simply wandered in on a spectacularly bad holiday evening. Even so, a ninety-minute wait and some undercooked burgers are hard to ignore. I hope our night was the exception, but I'm not entirely sure I'd gamble my evening to find out.
