If you haven't been to the hottest spot for some sugarcane juice, what are you even doing?? Walked in on a Sunday evening after grocery shopping in the area with my friend and this was her first time having sugarcane in Colorado. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the owners which made our experience even more welcoming. We both ordered the kumquat sugarcane and it was so delicious, fresh, and refreshing! If sugarcane is your thing, you definitely have to check this place out. Heard the Vietnamese coffee with pandan foam is pretty popular, so looking forward to trying that the next time. They also have Ube foam which sounds just as delicious. Looking forward to returning very soon!

You have to try this place! Real sugar cane and the Large is 32oz which is huge! My daughter loved it, and her favorite was durian flavor. If you order a large get ready for a massive delicious drink! I tried the NovaCane mix drink called the "spiked cane". Its flavor is durian, which is not everyone's cup of tea; since for those who don't know what a durian is, it's a pointy sharp fruit looks more like the end of a weapon than a fruit. More importantly the flavor of durian is like "what's that stank smell mushy fruit"? Not my words, but usually the first thoughts on tasting fresh durian. This drink couldn't be further from that, and is so balanced and smooth with the coconut water addition. The "spiked cane" has none of the usual hints of the harsh flavors or pungent smell, so the only thing attacking you will tasty coconut bits. Officially this mix includes sugarcane, durian, coconut water, and coco bits. I love they have durian on their menu and if you haven't tried it you should. They have lots of sugarcane blended drinks like sugarcane and mango or sugarcane and peach. But I'm more drawn to the interesting stuff like sugarcane and jackfruit or the sugarcane and dragonfruit!!! If you can't make up your mind try their mixes. They have several other mixes including... " Cococane which is sugarcane, coconut water, and coco bits. Passonova - sugarcane, passion fruit, and coconut water Bettlejuice - sugarcane, beets, watermelon, and strawberry. Peachy Strawberry - sugarcane, peach and strawberry Dragon Berry - sugarcane, dragon fruit, strawberry Melonova - sugarcane, watermelon, coconut water, cocobits Island Breeze - sugarcane, coconut water+ coco bits, pineapple

I came into this place on a Sunday afternoon. The space is very spacious and clean. I ordered the sugarcane kumquat and it was sooo delicious. It's HUGE definitely worth the price. I met the owners and they were so kind and welcoming. I can't wait to come back!

There is no better place in Denver to get a fresh cup of sugarcane juice! This place has great portion sizes (get the large!) and great FRESH sugarcane juice, they even juice the sugarcane as they create your order. It's also sweet, but not too sweet like other sugarcane places we've tried in Denver. My partner's favorite so far is the Sugarcane Pineapple Juice, and mine is the Spiked Cane! The guy that served us behind the counter is really friendly and quick with making our orders fresh! The shop has a few tables and chairs you can sit at while you wait for your order or enjoy your juice as well as some claw machines you can test your luck at too! If you want a refreshing drink, I'd highly recommend stopping by!

My most treasured memory in Vietnam was riding around in the busy streets of Saigon... only to ALWAYS stop at a sugar cane stand. Something about sugar cane in Vietnam was so comforting. The refreshing sweetness, slight frothyness, bright fragrance from kumquat, and perfect balance of ice... yes ice is important here. I never have been brought back to that place until now. Not even Cali sugarcane brings back that nostalgic memory for me. But Novacane has achieved this. So of course my go to drink is classic sugar cane with kumquat. If you want a less sweet and more authentic taste... upgrade to the organic cane! For you true Viets... try the durian mix or the rau ma. How has no one done this before? Hello???? Duhhhhhh! Oh and definitely buy tokens to the claw machine. Worth it. Best anime toys ever. Ya Asians need to forget about milk tea. For real... that trend ends here. We about NovaCane now.

This place was amazing! The staff was very knowledgeable about sugar. I loved the anime playing in the background along with the soft techno music. Walking through the doors you could just feel great energy! I ordered the sugarcane juice with passionfruit. Omg... it was so refreshing. The fresh passionfruit seeds were a real treat!

My sister and I came here for our very first time and Simon was beyond helpful and helped us create our perfect Açaí bowl.

Very delicious! The menu is simple but extensive across multiple flavor profiles. Would come back again!

I don't throw around the word "franchise" lightly. But I walked out of Mango Mango Dessert on Colorado Blvd genuinely researching whether I could open one in centennial or south area. That should tell you everything. The crepe cake is what got me. Thin crepe after thin crepe, stacked with cream, and somehow light enough that you don't feel like a monster for finishing it. We also grabbed some to bring home... which lasted about 20 minutes if I'm being honest. Perfect end of night dessert. Here is the thing though... this place doesn't feel like it was built for an American audience. It feels like someone picked it up directly from Asia and just set it down on Colorado Blvd, completely intact. The flavors, the presentation, the whole experience... it's the real deal. Not a watered down approximation of what Americans think Asian dessert tastes like. The actual thing. Now the lines. They are long. At all hours. And the answer is yes... people just love it this much. A line that long is usually trying to tell you something. Go. Just bring a bag if patience.

I came in just to get the Vietnamese coffee and when I asked the older lady and she acknowledged with "Yes", I was just glad the had it. Gave her $7 and she gave me back some changes. I think the Viet coffee was about $6.50 She blended some of the ice and served in a nice over sized container with a lid and cheap plastic straws. It was still very concentrated and after I took a sip, had to fill with some water. It was strong, very flavorful and definitely it was prepared ahead of time. They also served other entries and also bahn mi but did not know how good it is or the pricing. My only gripe is for a cà phê đá was kinda pricy. Around $5.50 should be the nominal pricing for any coffee drinks for that small size. Its not like I ordered venti size at Starbucks. After looking at the review, I believe the lady charged me for 24 oz smoothie price for about 12 oz size of coffee. Oh well, that's my fault for not correcting the mistake or asking for price before ordering it.

When I walked in, I had walked into the restaurant side and was super confused. The cafe is right next door, almost looked closed with the metal fence gate thing and all. I got the standard Che ba mau, and like someone else mentioned, it's a little too sweet. If it is at all possible, I would have asked for a little less sweetener or waited for the ice to melt to eat. The lady working there was nice and explained what the toppings used in the different Che were. A little pricey for what it is, but always happy to support a small business. Since the March Madness basketball games were on, we sat for a little bit and watched. There's tables and chairs and also a few recliners. If they usually put games on, would be a nice place to sit with a snack or drink and watch or chat with friends.
