This hidden gem off Federal is truly one of a kind and has my mouth watering at the thought! All drinks are made with sugar cane, and the variety of options are truly endless. The menu offers fun pairings and creative concoctions with the ability to create your own masterpiece! We settled on the Raspberry Mojito (FYI - all options are alcohol free!!) and the Strawberry Peach drink! Both were gorgeous in color, massive and so delicious! The mojito was by far the best mocktail I've ever had and I crave it often! We spent around $20 for both drinks, but for the quality and quantity, it was well worth it! When you are a fan of sugarcane juice and cold durian drinks and your friend tells you that there is a sugarcane place with durian sugarcane, I'm there. It is exactly what I expected and hoped it will be. The durian taste is bright and dominant, then you get the lingering subtle sugarcane taste. Normally I don't like combining other fruit juices with sugarcane because I can't taste the sugarcane (ie calamansi, kumquat) but this was a great pair. I also got a pure sugarcane juice as well but maybe I waited a little long to drink it so it was a bit diluted, recommend asking for less ice if you are saving the drink for later like I did. read more

How cool that there's a place in Denver that specializes in sugarcane drinks! You have to try this place! Real sugar cane and the Large is 32oz which is huge! My daughter loved it, and her favorite was durian flavor. If you order a large get ready for a massive delicious drink! I tried the NovaCane mix drink called the "spiked cane". Its flavor is durian, which is not everyone's cup of tea; since for those who don't know what a durian is, it's a pointy sharp fruit looks more like the end of a weapon than a fruit. More importantly the flavor of durian is like "what's that stank smell mushy fruit"? Not my words, but usually the first thoughts on tasting fresh durian. This drink couldn't be further from that, and is so balanced and smooth with the coconut water addition. The "spiked cane" has none of the usual hints of the harsh flavors or pungent smell, so the only thing attacking you will tasty coconut bits. Officially this mix includes sugarcane, durian, coconut water, and coco bits. I love they have durian on their menu and if you haven't tried it you should. This place is great, glad I found it. I went in 15 minutes before close and due to that, I asked what was easy to make and clean up for them. The lady behind the counter said I'll make you anything. I know it sucks working in food and it's almost close then you have to clean up more but she was very friendly about it. While my drink was being made the owner Brandon came out and talked to me. He acted like so many owners/managers at restaurants should act, socialize with the customers and show your face, giving great welcoming customer service. The drink was great as well, I kept saying "wow." I'm definitely going to start going more. I only wish there was less ice and a smaller straw because it goes so quickly and I want more.
