I was so excited to get a smoothie from here... I hadn't had one in at least a year... so I walk into an empty cafe, just employees standing there.. I asked if they could help me find out if I had any rewards to redeem or if I even had an account still.. on the app... immediately from the back... a horrible young male employee, YELLS "NO!" I thought he was maybe joking, but this CHILD, was just a complete, small little peanut trying to be a big boy in a big boy world.. so I placed my order online after the only nice employee in the cafe helped me.. thank you pink haired angel!! Several people came in and they all seemed to get their ordered very quickly after they ordered.. their names were called loud & clear.. I stood there waiting patiently. I started to think maybe my order didn't do through... so I went over the the pink haired angel, who was on break!! And the manager was sitting at the bar the entire time.. I asked her, since you are the only NICE employee in here, could you please help me find out if my order was placed.. she walked back to where you order, NOT WHERE YOU PICK UP' YOUR order... the little boy was holding my smoothie , basically hostage.. NEVER CALLED MY NAME.. and the girl brought me my smoothie that was melting cause it had been ready & I was never informed.. the manager let this behavior happen.. looked like nobody was in charge & the owner should reconsider their choices of who to run their store!! I picked up an order for Uber. When I arrived the employees were like oh shit we have 5 orders we haven't filled. Waited... the young kid tossed my order to me. The drinks were filled so full the juice was all over the bag. I had to clean it up. The other bag was the sandwich and that was a mess in the bag. It took about long time to get the order so I didn't ask for it to be cleaned up or remade. These kids need to do better and pay attention to detail. Would be a cool place to come to frequently but there's a bald dude that ruins the experience every time I come in. He always has this negative vibe and when he's in I usually PRAY he does that take my order OR make my drink. No one greeted us at all until i walked up to the counter to order which was odd for customer service point of view. Maybe just thought they aren't very happy seeing someone this late. I went in today and order my usual Bahama mama. Mind you I am a daily customer of tropical smoothie Café. I frequent a few different ones around the state. But this location I always have an issue with. There's a particular young girl that works at the front I don't remember her name Curly hair in pigtails is usually how she has her hair. I never get greeted. She will literally stand there staring at me for 10 minutes at the register and not ask a thing. This staff definitely needs training and customer service. when I I entered the building it smelled of burnt food. I ordered a Bahama mama which has pineapple and coconut in it. After receiving my smoothie I left the smoothie tasted bland and had no hints of pineapple or coconut. I paid six dollars for dank smoothie. Great staff they are all young hard working people they always make me the best smoothie out of all the other locations in colorado I've been to I've at least been here 20 plus times Every time they made a great smoothie.
