I bought and opened an account about 2 years ago. Paid it off last year and today got to charge my hubby's 43rd Wedding Anniversary wedding band. I always shop at Brighton to find gifts for my mom and sister but the initial judgment was a little off putting for the now, hurried visit. I felt uncomfortable browsing around. After seeing a few others who have had a similar experience, I'm not sure if I would return to this location. Staff etiquette needs improvement. It's sad that a place with the Brighton name could have this type of experience. Good thing about this place is there's many other stores within walking distance to find that perfect something.
