I bought and opened an account about 2 years ago. Paid it off last year and today got to charge my hubby's 43rd Wedding Anniversary wedding band. So you can find different items throughout the store. On some days, half of the store is on sale and the other half isn't. On annual sales, probably 90% of the store is on sale. If you, or the people on your gift list, like Brighton, this is a great place for bargains. If you like their belts, they have great deals on these. You'll need to be patient as lines can be long to checkout. Also, depending on the season, you will either get gift boxes / packaging for every item you buy, or just a few. Parking is ok as well. If you enter from the main street, the parking to the right is usually the best. Bathrooms are available about 100 yards down from this store. But, even though I rated it 3 stars, it could be 4. He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all.
