I do have to say one staff was very nice while I looked around which is what bumps this to a three but they were way over staffed for such a small store. Service was informative but usually at other store locations I'm always offered a beverage right off the bat, welcoming and friendly with no judgment of how I look. Unfortunately this time wasn't the case. Ive had a few of these experiences in my life. I felt the watchful eyes on me. I was one of two customers inside at the time. I got the "pretty woman" look over but I continued to look around. I always shop at Brighton to find gifts for my mom and sister but the initial judgment was a little off putting for the now, hurried visit. I felt uncomfortable browsing around. After seeing a few others who have had a similar experience, I'm not sure if I would return to this location. Staff etiquette needs improvement. It's sad that a place with the Brighton name could have this type of experience. Good thing about this place is there's many other stores within walking distance to find that perfect something.

So you can find different items throughout the store. On some days, half of the store is on sale and the other half isn't. On annual sales, probably 90% of the store is on sale. If you, or the people on your gift list, like Brighton, this is a great place for bargains. If you like their belts, they have great deals on these. You'll need to be patient as lines can be long to checkout. Also, depending on the season, you will either get gift boxes / packaging for every item you buy, or just a few. Parking is ok as well. If you enter from the main street, the parking to the right is usually the best. Bathrooms are available about 100 yards down from this store. But, even though I rated it 3 stars, it could be 4. He was friendly, super patient, and explained everything. He understood how difficult it was to look for rose gold chains, especially when thicker too. I was super indecisive and he gave me all the time in the world to look through their gold book which had all kinds of designs and thickness scaled to life size so I could place my pendant on it to imagine how it would look. He also brought out samples of chain types as I picked out ones to see if I'd like the look in person. He ended up finding an estate gold chain that looked absolutely perfect for my husband's pendant in shine and style. We tried it for a few days (they give you 30 days hassle-free) and my husband knew it wasn't the right length of style for his personal preference and our tuggy toddlers within one day. It was gorgeous and I wished it worked out, but maybe not for us. We came back a few days later after Christmas Eve and Brandon helped me out again with the return and gave me suggestions for the length of my husband's necklace based on preference. I saw people coming in and out during the two times I went and I see why. These people are amazing, patient, knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. On the 4th, I and my wife entered the store (with cash) to purchase the watch. No one else was in the store and when I walked up to the counter and pointed at the watch, the store clerk Maggie just stared at me. I had to ask her if I could get help. She priced the watch $200 dollars more than on June 22. I stated that I was not going to buy the watch for an inflated price and turned to walk out. Maggie made a smart ass comment that she hopes we have a better day. I hope the owners read this because she lost the sale. I will go to another store to buy the same watch.
