I bought and opened an account about 2 years ago. Paid it off last year and today got to charge my hubby's 43rd Wedding Anniversary wedding band. I got to charge the ring and my sterling silver teardrop white sapphire earrings and necklace set . Upon using my Kay Jewelry credit card I got no interest for a year. She opened the cabinet, picked out one, read the label, and confirmed that it was correct before proceeding with my checkout. However, when I got home, I realized I had been given the wrong color. While I acknowledge that I could have double checked before leaving, the item's color was clearly labeled on both the box and the receipt. It should have been clear to the associate during checkout that the item scanned was not the correct product. If the purple color was not actually in stock I would have preferred to be informed upfront rather than being sold a different item. This situation was frustrating and raised concerns about transparency. Update 04/04/26 Manager Amanda's response made the situation even worse. They claimed they call the "Rose" item "Purple" in-store just to "differentiate" between products, even though the manufacturer's label clearly says "Rose." This is incredibly dishonest. I had already explicitly rejected the Rose pen while comparing them in-store. The associate still brought out a box labeled "Rose" and insisted it was "Purple" just to close the sale. Instead of taking accountability for this lack of transparency, management is now making absurd excuses for their staff's misleading behavior. I will not be returning.

The young lady gave both price and time needed to get it done. Battery was replaced in less time and was working beautifully. Two weeks later, I brought in 2 more watches, and my experience was even better than the first time.
