I had such a great experience with Redlands Diamond District! I noticed that one of the prongs on my wedding band had broken, and a friend recommended that I take it here. I'm so glad I did! They made the entire process incredibly fast and easy. Not only did they repair my ring, but they also went above and beyond by doing some extra work to refresh it and giving it a thorough cleaning. When I got it back, I couldn't believe how beautiful it looked--it honestly looks brand new! It's wonderful to find a local jeweler you can trust with something as special and sentimental as your wedding ring. Their service and attention to detail were exceptional. I can't recommend Redlands Diamond District enough! read more

I read google reviews on this business, & decided to visit Redlands. I learned they are a family owned business. The warmth they show & intellect wisdom of jewelry is impressive. I have been a dedicated customer to our LA jewelers for over 3 decades but decided to make a visit to this local store. George was very accommodating to my many questions & willing to spend almost 2 hours dedicating different ideas to what I like. He was very patient & willing to give suggestions with honesty. I did not intend to make a purchase but inquire. His son was very kind to a phone call & seemed genuine when talking to the customers. They worked with others walk-ins while I decided on my final choice. George & his son then took more time to customize the ring for me. A price was given & seemed very fair. He mentioned years ago, he was located a block from my jeweler, so I was confident he has been in the business for along time. He & my husband chatted about Turkish coffee too! Overall my experience was top notch & will highly recommend take a look at what they have to offer. Can't wait to see the beauty they will design for me! Thank you George for your time today. read more

Came in to sell my old diamond ring got a fair price for it fast and easy!! Definitely recommend! Thanks

Absolutely terrible experience. I brought in my watch to sell, and instead of dealing with someone knowledgeable, I was immediately told it was "fake" by staff who clearly had no idea what they were talking about. What makes it worse is that I later took the same watch to Time To Repair where it was inspected and confirmed to be 100% genuine. So either this place lacks basic watch knowledge or they intentionally lowball customers by falsely claiming authentic watches are fake. If you're dealing with luxury watches, you'd expect professionalism and expertise not careless assumptions from people who can't properly authenticate a timepiece. I would never trust this business again. read more

I went in to have some items (3) appraised and sell. I ended up selling the items and decided to get a price on a 4th piece. Something just didn't feel right and I wanted a 2nd opinion on the 4th item. Next day I was going to be in LA and decided to stop by DTLA - jewelry district. The 4th item was quoted $65 more at the location in DTLA. I regret selling my 3 items at this location and wouldn't recommend. Go to DTLA/Jewelry District! read more

My fiancé and I took the ring my mom gave us here to have it resized. My mom is a size 10 and I am a 6.5. George did an amazing job resizing it! You would never be able to tell this wasn't the original ring size. Our family has been coming here for years and we will continue coming here! read more

I went in to sell my gold jewelry and I was given a very good price. Don't hesitate to sell your jewelry here. They test it in front of you and explain everything. They even were patient with me while I deliberated on some nostalgic pieces. I asked if they could remove a stone so I could keep it and Ronnie made it happen. It was was even glued in! I didn't mind letting go of the band, but losing the stone was sadder for me. They explained it's not always possible to do that, but I'm glad it worked out this time. It was a pleasure selling to them. The respect and kindness was appreciated. I was a pleasure meeting them both and I will definitely come back here to purchase jewelry from this family-owned business. read more

Professional, quick, and easy transaction. Without a doubt, would recommend to friends and family.

We needed to sell a ring and after going to multiple locations in California and Michigan, we chose RDD. Poli was so nice, very helpfully, and he explained everything related to the current market for diamonds/gold, which put us at ease. He remembered us when we came back and the transaction was very smooth. I highly recommend RDD! (PS, they have a beautiful inventory of jewelry and bet they would be fantastic to deal with if purchasing items.) read more

Where do I even begin? This wonderful family-owned business helped me in more ways than one, not just with selling my ring, but by turning a rough day into a brighter one. The older gentleman reminded me that while today might feel tough, better days are ahead. Both he and his son were incredibly kind, informative, and helpful. I left not only feeling good about the sale, but also a little lighter. Thank you both for your genuine kindness. read more

Redlands Diamond District - Wedding ring I have purchased. - Jewelry Near Me - Redlands, California

My daughter and her husband went there to get her ring sized. She just had a baby so her ring was too tight. The lady brought her to tears, pretty much called her fat 2x . Today is my daughter's wedding anniversary, she totally embarrassed her, ruined her day. My daughter was so upset. I called the lady to let her know how she hurt her feelings and embarrassed her! She said, " my kids say I'm too blunt" I didn't mean it that way! Lady! You definitely should not be in customer service! So rude! read more

We moved to the Beaumont area few years ago during COVID and were looking for a Jewelry place to get our rings resized. Searching online, this place had great reviews and feedback. My wife and I decided to go in person and as soon as we walk in we were greeted and had great vibe with the staff. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to as they answered all our questions. They were able resize the rings and called me to let me know they were ready for pickup. I will definitely come back for any jewelry products as well as any questions. Thank you! read more

Excellent service & very helpful staff! They answered all questions and were extremely friendly.

I recently purchased a lovely little ring for myself. I originally visited the store to discuss resizing a wide band wedding ring, which was not recommended by the knowledgeable and polite staff. I also brought in an heirloom ring to have it reappraised. The young man took the time to look it over for me at no charge. As we were chatting, I had a chance to look at the beautiful inventory. This little blue number caught my attention. After a few minutes of admiring it, I decided to buy it! The ring was resized just for me and I picked it up about a day & a half later. It's perfect. I can't say enough nice things about the staff, even when I called later to ask what the blue stone was called (I had forgotten)!! Thank you to the Diamond District, very nice and down to earth people. read more

My husband and I have been going to the Redland Diamond District for many many years. We brought several rings, earrings, and necklaces. They're family oriented business with good quality jewelry, and great prices. They even design their own jewelry. We have had jewelry repaired, and we're very happy with final product. My son-in-law bought my daughter's wedding rings there and they designed a special band to match her set. We appreciate all their services and they treat us like family. These guys are serious low ballers! I wouldn't buy or sell anything from them. The prices they offer you for your jewelry is insulting! You'd be better off going to a pawnshop, which is essentially what they are, a glorified pawn shop!
