Absolutely terrible experience. I brought in my watch to sell, and instead of dealing with someone knowledgeable, I was immediately told it was "fake" by staff who clearly had no idea what they were talking about. What makes it worse is that I later took the same watch to Time To Repair where it was inspected and confirmed to be 100% genuine. So either this place lacks basic watch knowledge or they intentionally lowball customers by falsely claiming authentic watches are fake. If you're dealing with luxury watches, you'd expect professionalism and expertise not careless assumptions from people who can't properly authenticate a timepiece. I would never trust this business again. read more

I went in to sell my gold jewelry and I was given a very good price. Don't hesitate to sell your jewelry here. They test it in front of you and explain everything. They even were patient with me while I deliberated on some nostalgic pieces. I asked if they could remove a stone so I could keep it and Ronnie made it happen. It was was even glued in! I didn't mind letting go of the band, but losing the stone was sadder for me. They explained it's not always possible to do that, but I'm glad it worked out this time. I recently purchased a lovely little ring for myself. I originally visited the store to discuss resizing a wide band wedding ring, which was not recommended by the knowledgeable and polite staff. I also brought in an heirloom ring to have it reappraised. The young man took the time to look it over for me at no charge. As we were chatting, I had a chance to look at the beautiful inventory. This little blue number caught my attention. After a few minutes of admiring it, I decided to buy it! The ring was resized just for me and I picked it up about a day & a half later. It's perfect. I can't say enough nice things about the staff, even when I called later to ask what the blue stone was called (I had forgotten)!! Redlands Diamond District was very friendly and are morally sound. I had 2 diamonds fall off my ring, that I got from a different jeweler. I took it to Redlands Diamond District, where they analyzed the ring and had me look through the magnifying glass to see for myself, that the design of the ring was flawed. I asked them if they could put fake diamonds in there, they said they could. When I picked it up, to my surprise, they had put real diamonds in the ring. They said they could not morally put fake diamonds in the ring. They did not charge me more than they quoted either. I will definitely be going back to Redlands Diamond District. read more

I asked them when the soonest I could get it by would be and the other man that helped me today said if I put a rush order in I could get it by tomorrow.
