As a Moreno…read moreValley resident of nearly 30 years, I prioritize supporting local businesses, but the level of service I received today was beyond disappointing. I walked in and asked the owner if he could replace two watch batteries. His response was a condescending, "Obviously." Strike one. I then politely asked if he would mind using a new replacement battery I had brought with me, explaining that I had difficulty opening the watch casing on my own. Instead of simply declining or offering an explanation, the owner took my new battery and threw it directly into the trash right in front of me. Strike two. If this treatment is typical of the vendors at the Moreno Valley Mall, it's easy to see why the Mall is struggling. A long-standing customer deserves basic respect, not outright rudeness and disrespect. I won't be returning.

If you're like me, you think, "is this solid gold? Once I buy this, will I get laughed at by a friend who tells me I got ripped off?" I was terrified when I decided to let Tick Tock custom make a ring with 5 diamonds in it for me. I have met many jewelers who are overly confident in their abilities, and was worried I would come away with another similar experience. Boy was I wrong. Not only did he custom make a ring in a WEEK, but he guaranteed the setting of the diamonds, sized it specifically for me (I'm a 1/4 size), and made a 22g 14k gold ring for an unbelievable price. I no longer have to go places and guess how much I am getting ripped off. I will be back for anything and everything to do with jewelry and I suggest you give this place a try as well!
