We wanted to make sure it was as sterile as possible. The sealed kit comes with the jewelry already in the applicator - no needles and guns! Pricing is $80-150, depending on the jewelry/metal you want. Esther was amazingly patient and quick. She made sure we were good with placement and pierced her ears as fast as possible. What makes it worse is that I later took the same watch to Time To Repair where it was inspected and confirmed to be 100% genuine. If you're dealing with luxury watches, you'd expect professionalism and expertise not careless assumptions from people who can't properly authenticate a timepiece.
