Ozel is a family business. It was really nice to meet everyone and they we're all so kind. They are located in downtown Redlands, at the corner of Redlands and State. We took our 6-month old baby here to get her ears pierced. We didn't realize they closed at 5 pm on a Saturday, but called the day of and Esther was able to see us, even after closing. We wanted to make sure it was as sterile as possible. The sealed kit comes with the jewelry already in the applicator - no needles and guns! Pricing is $80-150, depending on the jewelry/metal you want. Esther was amazingly patient and quick. She made sure we were good with placement and pierced her ears as fast as possible. They repaired my Chanel Cuff. The screw had broken off in the hardware & the screw couldn't be replaced so they fastened it with epoxy glue. The work was completed seamlessly & very professionally. As I thought I had lost a 24yr old "Silver Sister" bracelet from Tiffany's I took the remaining pieces in to have repaired. They can do literally anything; link removing, shortening, reinforcing clasps, replacing claps on any type, age, or material. I have vintage pieces of the "iconic" Tiffany and Co jewelry that I have collected over the last 30yrs. I have lost many "silver sisters" over the years practically maxing out credit cards over it only to be told by the actual company that Tiffany & Co is jewelry that is "not meant to be worn everyday."
