Hope no one gets in trouble for this, but Jose, the manager, does a fantastic job of ensuring a shopping experience that is as good as Neiman's retail, maybe even better. Although this store has higher end brands and nice products, we did not have a good experience here and left the store. Walked in and started looking around. All you hear is the buzzing and beeping of wired clothing and accessories. Sounded like a swarm of cicadas in the middle of the summer, seriously! You can look at the clothes, but you can't really remove anything from the hangers because everything is wired! I've been to stores that wire handbags and furs, but nearly everything in the store?! The only section that wasn't wired was the clearance. They were also in the middle of vacuuming the store (it was around noon!). Why is this not being done after hours, closing, or before opening?! The vacuuming was extremely loud and not to mention kind of grody with the dirty vacuum being scooted all over the floor while you are just trying to shop. Beautifully organized store. Let's start with a positive! Now for the whammy, I had to laugh when the young lady I directed my question to, looked me up and down, and said they did NOT have any hats. My friend who was with me said, "here they are". Ugliest looking hats ever, LOL. This review is directed at Human Resources, as a professional in the service industry who educates others, your employees would benefit from cultural awareness and diversity inclusion training. Let's hope you don't disrespect an influencer, and your passé indifference to POC gets exposed in real time. Scored smokin' deals on Etro trousers and a Cucinelli top I would never have paid MSRP for. Lots of variety, well organized by brand, size and colour. The number NM Last Call locations has decreased significantly in the last few years. I miss the one in my city so much, that I specifically made a trip to Cazabon to visit one of the five or so remaining stores. This location has a good variety of women's, men's and children's clothing and accessories. They also have a few home / gift items. For me, the standout was definitely the designer shoes. You'll find brands like Jimmy Choo, Chloe, Prada, Manolo Blahnik and more. You may not find the exact style or size you have in mind, so set your expectations before visiting. If you're flexible, plan on saving (and spending, LOL) a pretty penny on you're feet. Can't wait to visit again! read more

This was by far the best experience I have had in a department store. The store manager, Jose was assisting us yesterday and was unbelievably helpful and attentive. I spent way more than I intended to because of his help. He asked us the designers we liked and guided us through the store to where the designers were located.
