I don't know what the other 2 yelpers experienced, but in my visits, the hospitality and customer service at both of their restaurants have been consistently top-notch. I've been a regular at their Saatvik's restaurant in Fremont, which is how I first got to know their food and their family. It's a family-run place--not a corporate chain--and you can really feel that personal touch. There's something special about supporting a small business that delivers authentic, home-style flavors. I always order the Delhi-style Chole Bhature, and I highly recommend you do the same. It's the only place in the Bay Area that truly gets this dish right. I was born in New Delhi, and this brings back the flavors I miss every day. As for the ambiance, this location is more spacious and polished than Saatvik's, which is definitely a plus. Don't skip the kheer--it was a pleasant surprise and absolutely delicious. We'll definitely be back soon!

Second day - soft opening. Service was good, ensured our food had arrived. Decent ambiance too. Operating on Limited menu during the soft opening. Chaap was great.

Weekend Thali (unlimited) - kheer, baingan Bharta, paneer shahi, rajma, raita, roti and rice with pickles

Good food, the weekend Thali was nice, satvik, very home-style food. Warm rotis out of the Tava were delightful. My favorite was kathal (jackfruit) curry and their Rice kheer (pudding) was indeed mouth watering. Good vibes, family like environment. The Bombay Sandwich took a little longer to arrive but had great flavors (would have liked chutney condiments). Overall a good addition to Bay area Indian vegetarian food.(They have their other parent restaurant called Satvik at Fremont). The menu is short/limited till 4/5. Good luck to them for their full launch, looking forward

As you might have guessed based on the font choice of the front sign, this is definitely run by members of the Supreme Master Ching Hai group, and if you know other restaurants run by this group, you will know what to expect here as well. The food is accordingly Asian fusion with a healthy dose of Vietnamese, and features a lot of fresh and tasty vegetables and the obligatory slightly odd naming scheme, heh. My husband and I happen to really enjoy the food at these types of places, and Blossom Vegan was happily no exception. I got the vegetable chow fun dish, which was loaded with nice veggies, and my husband got the tofu banh mi (which I think was called a Saigon sandwich or something like that). Both were great! The decor is actually a little less strongly influenced by the Supreme Master Ching Hai branded items than some other such places, and I think the wall mural is cute. The location is clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and reasonably attentive, but it seems you do go up front to pay rather than paying at the table. I don't anticipate being in this area again soon, but I am happy to know a location like this is out here for any future excursions into the area! We'll definitely be back again if that happens!

Because once they try the food, their perceptions always change. Curry vermicelli soup was great but super rich, so I would pair it with the spring rolls/avocado rolls/mushu mushu to balance the creamy coconut soup. As usual the eggplant tofu and pho were delicious :)

The service was also amazing everyone was so friendly and welcoming! Everything we ordered was delicious. I had the huevos rancheros, breakfast potatoes, sourdough French toast, and a blackberry mojito, and I enjoyed everything. The sourdough French toast was definitely my favorite it had such a good balance of sweetness, and the sourdough flavor cut through it just enough that it wasn't overly sweet or cloying. And my boyfriend, who isn't vegan, ended up finishing the French toast, which is how I KNOW it was objectively delicious The blackberry mojito was also delicious and super refreshing for brunch. I also love that they have outdoor seating, and the area around the restaurant is really cute to walk around and explore afterward. Overall, such a great brunch spot with delicious food, adorable vibes, great service, and plenty to explore nearby. I'd definitely come back to try out the their lunch options

Everything sounded delicious, but we went with the recommendations made by a staff member. We decided to share the infamous smash burger, the watermelon salad, and the pistachio bread. For drinks, we both got an iced lavender latte, which was delicious. I loved how the cardamom complemented the lavender so well and it was very refreshing and not too sweet. The smash burger was the best vegan patty I have had in years. It was very flavorful and moist. The watermelon salad was delicious, especially the avocado mousse. The pistachio cream on the pistachio bread was so addicting. I wish I could have bought a bottle of it! Every single item was crafted so well with the freshest ingredients. It was nice going to a place that focused less on soy, and more on whole foods and flavor. I highly recommend making a reservation, especially for brunch.

Though not officially advertised, I think the place is Punjabi, the rajma chawal is a clear giveaway. The biggest compliment I can give them is that the food was not overly spiced or oiled, which a majority of Indian restaurants are guilty of in order to satisfy the customers. I find that to be 'cheating' in a way, where they are not confident of their abilities to truly shine through the flavor of the dish they're cooking. Clove instead brings out the authentic flavors of the different dishes, like the dal and the aloo by using gentle spices, kadi patta and a bit of ghee. It's like having dessert in Asian countries and actually tasting the underlying flavors like ube, or lemon, or matcha, and not just tasting an overload of sugar. Another funny note. My wife's stomach felt totally fine after, and she usually is queasy after rich restaurant food, especially Indian. Also loved that the roti did not come lathered in ghee and came plain with some simple onions on top. Very authentic. Service was fantastic.

I definitely wouldn't mind coming back to enjoy some more dishes next time around.

Right door is for dine in with red ropes to wait in line. There's a menu you have to look to order. The line can be long and it was about 10 mins before I got to the front register. They have sample cookies above the bakery display. Complimentary water and hibiscus tea to the left of the register and to go containers on the bottom. Service- after taking my order. Was about another 10-15 mins before we got our food. Ube pancake and made it a combo with egg and bacon. Pancake was $22 and the add was another $15. My wife and I thought the pancake was good and rich. The syrup was thick and they had maple syrup on the table if you wanted. I'd give the pancake 5 stars. Bacon was okay- kinda stiff. Nothing special 3 stars My loco moco was with the meatloaf. To be honest, it was okay. I've had better loco moco especially in Hawaii. Meat was fine, gravy was thick and some part of it clumped up into a gelatin . If I have to be honest, it's a 3 out of 5. On the seat yourself tables, there is ketchup, salt pepper and Tapatio for hot sauce. I'm more of a Tabasco type person and wished they had it to put on my Loco Moco. Overall, Denica has a unique set up of ordering first at the register than other typical sit down and order at a table. I think their bakery is probably their strong suit. The real winner was the loco moco. We weren't sure what to expect when we saw a lighter colored sauce, but it was honestly our favorite loco moco we have tasted. On our first visit, we stuck with several different Mezze appetizers and were impressed with the flavor, even if the portion sizes were rather small, especially given the higher prices. On our most recent visit this past weekend we celebrated my wife's birthday brought all our adult children, grandchildren and had full meals with drinks, appetizers, and entrées. Again very small appetizers. And who ruins babaganosh with mayonnaise. It dulled the smoky flavor and garlic this dish is known for. I 've got to be honest the entrées we tried were meat dishes and their 3 foot long flat bread with seasoned ground lamb at $42 for a glorified "pizza"! The entrees were disappointingly bland, and the portion sizes on some of were ridiculously small (e.g. lokum) four thin slices of filet steak the size of silver dollars that should be ridiculously tender was not quite jerky and so bland. I don't think it even had salt and pepper. It came with a scoop of flavored rice for $36. Really? Hopefully the owners will read this review and realize they have a gem of a restaurant but they need to deliver reasonable portions, and what Turkish food is known for with great spices and seasoning. Come on Bodrom live up to your name as the neighborhood in Istanbul with numerous restaurants featuring some of the best Turkish food.
