I have been coming to the vineyard over a decade and I've never seen a sign saying no pets allowed maybe the rules changed, and I will gladly comply if they did, but it was not that the fact that she asked me to remove the dog, it was the tone and the way she yelled at me that was so concerning and I think as a vineyard you should know about this incident and that lots of people have pets, Austin is a pet friendly city and she could have been a lot kinder and use some customer service skills to get her point across with the little class and grace that you expect from a vineyard establishment. Everyone is there to have a good time and have a meaningful experience with the staff, not get yelled by an unhinged employee.
