You must order the Lobster Crab Puffz - kaninkama lobster w/cream cheese green onions, tempura fried, and jalapeno puree and tempura sauce, it is so good and creamy. I also loved the Baked Avocado - rice, slice avocado, spicy kanikama ponzu, green onions, and masago. The rolls are large and full of ingredients such as the Surf & Turf - shrimp katsu, avocado, topped with kobe beef, green onion, truff kobe sauce and the 11:11 - salmon, tuna, escolar and avocado, tempura fried, topped with spicy creamy aioli, eel sauce. As well as the Lickety Roll - softshell crab, spicy tuna, cucumber with tuna, salmon, and avocado on the top, eel sauce, and Japanese mayo. So good. They also have flavored ice teas. The only reason I can give 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 is because my server was so kind and attentive, but the food leaves much to be desired. Miso soup wasn't hot or very flavorful and even then, was the best thing I had. Wagyu Hot Rock: The rock wasn't hot enough or large enough for the steak that comes with it. The steak isn't cut thin enough (IMO) and isn't seasoned well, so after you manage to get it cooked enough to eat, it's both tough and void of flavor, except for the small amount that the dipping sauce adds. Shaggy Dog: This was room temperature and started to feel a bit yuck half way through eating it. In my opinion sushi should be either chilled or warm - anything in between is bad news. Mexican Candy style cocktail: eh, what can I say? It was okay, 2nd best thing I had to the Miso soup. read more

My goodness this place is amazing. We have visited numerous sushi places in The Woodlands and found some success but this place is a pure treasure. They have a variety of offerings from potstickers, to ceviche, a waygu burger and of course the specialty rolls. The Bonfire and Jason Roll are MUST TRY rolls. The Bonfire is baked with crab and a spicy sauce while the Jason Roll has Tuna, escolar, cilantro and some thin slices of jalapeño with just the right amount of spicy mayo. They even make the Jason Roll a little interactive with some slices of limes to squeeze onto the roll. The citrus really compliments the roll perfectly Suxico is a must try and my new favorite spot. read more

Popped in to check it out as I used to come when it was the stir fry place! It was so tasty and the drinks were great. I had a rum beverage and some chicken fried rice and it was DELICIOUS. They have a lot of other options including truffle fries; Brussels sprouts; burgers! There is something for everyone and the service was attentive and quick. The restauraunt was clean and they even offer free feminine products in the women's restroom if you need them! We will be back to try more menu items when I have more time. Amazing unique sushi plates, including a fajita sushi (for my picky non fish eating preteen), the yellowtail hamachi was *chefs kisses* super fresh and Pulga plate was amazing and by far the best sushi roll I've had. As far as drinks ive always been a fan of the Lychee Martini but decided to try the Mezcalito- auuuh-maaay-sssin! A New Mexican twist on an old fashion. Now for the dessert I had their Oreo white chocolate ice cream cake, no idea what it's made out of but it sure as heck lasted no more than 3 seconds! read more

Excellent service, nice enough food, and a beautifully remodeled interior with nice lighting. We had some overcooked pork belly in our appetizer and kind of one note flavors in the specialty rolls and curry. The chicken katsu was cooked perfectly. I'm not blown away by this place but may return to try more dishes. The service was some of the best which counts for a lot in our book. My husband's favorite Kobe beef is always tender and delicious and comes with a hot rock so you can cook your strips of Kobe beef to your liking. The sushi was fresh, tasty and the plates are large enough to share. Their dressings for salad, both ginger and miso, spot on! We will be going back, and back and back! read more

They then proceeded to ask us if we wanted a free dessert for my birthday, we thanked them and asked for the fried oreos. Gave this place a try on last Monday night since our regular spot is closed on Monday and it did not disappoint! I love how the owners added a little Latin flare to the sushi by accompanying the sushi and dishes with some spice. This was my first time trying this place and I will definitely be returning! From the moment we entered we were greeted with wonderful staff. We were immediately seated and given a drink menu. I ordered a Paloma: the rest of the party ordered a ranch water, Merlot, and we got a couple of shots. The bartenders did an excellent job creating our drinks. Literally PERFECT drinks: not too watered down, not insufferable to drink. Delicious. We ordered our food: California roll, suxico special, surf and turf, catsu curry and a house salad. I'm not going to lie, I tried everyone's plate, and everything was SO good. We all agreed, suxico sushi was the star followed by the surf and turf. Next time I will need to try the 11:11, and the dinner plate was very fulfilling and appetizing.
