Possibly the worst Chicken sandwich ever. The fries were plain. Looked like a frozen chicken patty.

Too bad it's located in only 1 place in town. The best chicken especially fried, in town!

It's chicken in a Walmart. Staff was nice, food was meh. Good if you're in a hurry maybe. Not something I would eat again though.

There are a couple places to sit indoors and outdoors, we opted to sit outside. Our cashier, Alex was kind and knowledgeable about the menu. I opted for a bacon cheeseburger protein style and regular size of tater tots. The bacon cheeseburger was delicious and the tater tots tasted fresh and were crunchy. The prices are affordable and I look forward to returning when I'm in the area.

The owner of Ruby Shake Shop routinely parks his Audi in the limited public street parking spaces along South Virginia Street directly in front of Raising Cane's, Ike's Love & Sandwiches, and the surrounding businesses. Anyone familiar with this area knows parking can already be difficult, especially during peak hours when people are trying to grab lunch, pick up an order, or make a quick stop. What makes this particularly frustrating is that these spaces appear to be occupied for extended periods of time, often throughout the day, by someone who owns and operates a nearby business. Public street parking in a busy commercial corridor is a shared resource intended to serve customers and visitors, not to function as a personal parking space for a single business owner. This review is not a reflection of the products or service at Ruby Shake Shop. It is simply feedback regarding what appears to be an extremely inconsiderate use of limited public parking in an area where parking availability already impacts customers and neighboring businesses.

I traveled the USA and Canada for many years playing Sax with lots of bands (www.RickMetz.com) and the only choice I had was wherever the band vehicle stopped. Usually, we were under time constraints and we got the quickest thing available. I never liked it... But, if there was a little extra time available, I'd try to find a "real" restaurant in the vicinity to eat at. Didn't happen as often as I would've liked, but I made do. I've tried multitudes of fast food places because of those circumstances...nothing was really to my liking...especially the "major" fast food chains...you know which ones I'm referring to. Then I tried In N Out while touring through California!! OMG! I loved it! Smiling, friendly employees, clean establishments, great customer service...and still fast. (Pro tip: if the drive thru is jam packed? Park and go inside) Always made fresh and to order... Once I learned the "secret menu", that was the kicker for me! (https://www.in-n-out.com/menu/not-so-secret-menu) To be able to customize my burger in any way I wanted it at a "fast food" restaurant? Blew my mind! This is the ONLY "fast food" that I'll seek out... There's lots of debate as to their fries and their shakes. I like the shakes, but only get one once in a while...not a fan of the fries...but, I don't eat a lot of fries anyway... My go to? 2x3, Animal style, no pickles, no tomatoes, add hot peppers. Always delicious! Even though the price has increased over the years, I still feel that it's well worth it. You should try it to see what YOU think!

They just add some spicy seasoning to the regular chicken. This doesn't allow even coverage. If the breading was a spicy breading mixture versus spicy seasoning it would work better. Some of my chicken had no spicy seasoning and some one piece seemed to have most of it in one spot. I do think their tenders are some of the smaller pieces compared to other chicken places. I also tried the key lime dessert, it was so sweet I couldn't have more then one bite.

So the place was naturally clean because it's brand new, and the employees were good. Kind. The food is made to order, so it comes out fresh and piping hot. I ordered the cayenne ranch chicken sandwich and a order of okra. The seasoning on the breading of the okra is non-existent. My sandwich in my opinion is pretty small for the price, but it tasted good. Not the best, but not the worst either. I typically use Louisiana hot sauce on my okra, but I don't think they have that here, but they didn't even offer any ketchup or ranch so I had to go back inside and ask. I can say I tried it. It's definitely not a place that I'll specifically leave the house to go to, like Burger King, or Dave's Hot Chicken. But if I happen to be in the area and I'm super super hungry and my only option is Sonic and McDonald's, it might be McDonald's, but it might not be. ***DISCLAIMER*** This pure, uncut, honest review is federally protected under Federal Law by way of Bill #EO14149. We had time since we were just running errands to have a quick bite so we walked in. We were greeted upon entering. I ordered a Korean cheese corn dog with ketchup, mustard and sugar, an order of dumplings, pickled radishes, a plain croffle, and two drinks.
