My review is based solely on an ongoing parking issue and not on the quality of the products or…read moreservice. The owner of Ruby Shake Shop routinely parks his Audi in the limited public street parking spaces along South Virginia Street directly in front of Raising Cane's, Ike's Love & Sandwiches, and the surrounding businesses. Anyone familiar with this area knows parking can already be difficult, especially during peak hours when people are trying to grab lunch, pick up an order, or make a quick stop. What makes this particularly frustrating is that these spaces appear to be occupied for extended periods of time, often throughout the day, by someone who owns and operates a nearby business. Public street parking in a busy commercial corridor is a shared resource intended to serve customers and visitors, not to function as a personal parking space for a single business owner. This review is not a reflection of the products or service at Ruby Shake Shop. It is simply feedback regarding what appears to be an extremely inconsiderate use of limited public parking in an area where parking availability already impacts customers and neighboring businesses.

There are a couple places to sit indoors and outdoors, we opted to sit outside. Our cashier, Alex was kind and knowledgeable about the menu. The prices are affordable and I look forward to returning when I'm in the area.

After a full day of wedding dress shopping... we were HUNGRY!…read more After spending the day visiting bridal shops and helping my friend search for the perfect wedding dress, we decided it was definitely time to eat! What a fun day we had, but by the time we got here, we were all starving. For me, it was a burger kind of day. I really wanted the fries too, but unfortunately, I've learned that sometimes fries and my stomach just don't agree, so I skipped them this time. The place was busy and hopping when we arrived. You could definitely tell that everyone thought this was the place to be! Even though it was busy, the atmosphere was cheerful and inviting. Our group was definitely on the burger train. One friend ordered a cheeseburger with cheesy fries, and those fries looked SO good! Another friend got a cheeseburger with regular fries, while the last person just went with a cheeseburger. And the verdict? Everyone really enjoyed their burgers! Inside was very clean, the atmosphere was cheerful, and overall it was just a great place to end such a fun day. After hours of bridal shopping, laughing, and helping our bride-to-be find her perfect dress, a good burger was exactly what we needed! No complaints here--just happy friends, full stomachs, and another great memory from a wonderful day! ‍

Let me start with the rude customers and the disrespect from the staff. I don't mind paying 75 cents for extra ranch, but when I asked for something to be swapped out, there was no reason for the rude comments or attitude. The way we were treated by the staff honestly shocked me. I was considering giving this place a big catering order, and they could have opened more doors for themselves at Reno Airport. But after this experience, I'll be taking my business somewhere else. You never know who's walking through your doors or what kind of business opportunity you might be missing. Treat people with respect. They missed out on a big catering order, and that's their loss. Also they forgotten part of our order then fixed it with cold food
