I requested a slice of one of their specialty pies, and they went above and beyond by preparing a personal‑sized version just for me. It was excellent. I placed a DoorDash order at 6:30 after leaving work. At 6:45, they CANCELLED my order CANCELLED it. Instead of stepping up to provide the order, they decided it was easier for them to cancel. It was 2 pizzas. Not a huge order. Now I have to figure out an alternatively for my hungry family. Here's a tip Russo's.....if you don't want to do the work, don't take the orders. Cancelling orders for your convenience is NOT how successful businesses operate.
