SureFire is an excellent AED, CPR, and First Aid training facility. It was my first time taking a Hospital Fire Safety course, my instructor was Trent! He was super engaging and professional throughout the class. I was dreading this 4 hour course but he made it fun and educational! The class consisted of presentations, videos, and hands-on participation. At the end of the course, there was a short quiz to take and they go over the answers. The last time I took a CPR class was way back in the 80's and I was so amazed at the changes that have occurred since then. The information was easy to understand and the instructor, Nick, was excellent. I loved the power point presentation, the videos and the hands on demonstrations. I also took the First Aid class and learned so much. There was updated information given that also help correct what I thought I knew. The facility at Laguna Hills was very clean and organized and Nick made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. I also loved the stories he shared! Great class! read more

I had to take the fire safety course for nursing school. They are using zoom meetings to host their courses to the public. It's about 4 hours long with breaks in between. The instructors all have an impressive background and are knowledge. The instructors are all so approachable, so they'll answer all your questions. They explained why a fire process is so important in saving lives. I appreciate the history they gave as to why certain steps are important. Even for a virtual class, they were organized, well-prepared (especially Zoom malfunctioned for a bit) and very concise with their lessons. I am very grateful I got my certification through their class. I feel confident with the information I've learned. I've renewed by BLS with Surefire CPR the last 3 times and for good reason. They have always been very professional from the customer service support to the classroom setting. The instructors are great and very informative. Everytime I take a class with Surefire CPR I feel more confident taking the knowledge into the work place as an RN. The BLS course is something that I have to do for work and I go to Surefire every 2years for it. They really make sure you know what to do in an emergency. The instructors have all performed cpr on a real person and it is helpful to know that a person will be a bit different than the dummy you work on. I have took the virtual fire safety course yesterday. I have taken it several other times, but of course it was always face to face. I actually preferred the virtual format. They were very well organized, and planned the 4 hour course to run smoothly and with a good variety of activities and participant involvement.
