The process to book with SureFire to begin with is so simple! I needed a last minute BLS course for work and I was able to make a last minute booking! I showed up to class and Swish(Samantha) and Katie were my instructors and they were AMAZING! They made class both FUN but still very professional. I learned a lot but still had some laughs. After you finish your course you receive your certificate the next day which comes in handy especially if like myself you needed to renew ASAP. It's always nice to continue these courses because you learn tips and tricks that you have never learned before! Not only did I renew my BLS but they helped me renew my confidence in going back to work after some time off. She also makes sure everyone understands what is going on.
