The process to book with SureFire to begin with is so simple! I needed a last minute BLS course for work and I was able to make a last minute booking! I showed up to class and Swish(Samantha) and Katie were my instructors and they were AMAZING! They made class both FUN but still very professional. I learned a lot but still had some laughs. After you finish your course you receive your certificate the next day which comes in handy especially if like myself you needed to renew ASAP. It's always nice to continue these courses because you learn tips and tricks that you have never learned before! Not only did I renew my BLS but they helped me renew my confidence in going back to work after some time off. Luckily from a yelp search I found this place, and so glad that I did. I was able to sign up for the Sunday class and the price was actual lower than the place I used to go to. The online sign up process was easy and I got my confirmation right away. The place was right on the corner where Huntington curves and easy to spot even when the gps tries to take you the wrong way. There is ample parking in the back. The class was already set up and they had bathrooms available as well. Andrew was an awesome instructor. He was to the point, funny, and made sure everyone understood and stopped after each segment to see if anyone needed him to go over anything again. The test was given at the end and graded right there. The ecard is then emailed. I highly recommend this course here and will take it again when needed. She also makes sure everyone understands what is going on. She is a great teacher and for both courses I was the only new person getting certified, but the people who also take her courses create a very welcoming environment. Weekly or bi-weekly payments are accepted for the 10 weekend CNA course. The staff takes care of everything from student CNA badges to sending in all of the paperwork needed to take the state exam.
