After another facility canceled on me 30 minutes before my skills class (cue panic ), I was able to book a same-day, last-minute appointment with Alex--and he truly saved me. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, professional, and reassuring. Alex is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient. You can immediately tell he's been doing this for a long time. The class was one-on-one, very informative, and held in his clean, cozy, and welcoming home, fully set up with light-up CPR dummies. I felt completely safe and supported the entire time. By the end of the session, I genuinely felt refreshed, confident, and ready to save a life. As a teacher, that peace of mind means everything. The process to book with SureFire to begin with is so simple! I needed a last minute BLS course for work and I was able to make a last minute booking! I showed up to class and Swish(Samantha) and Katie were my instructors and they were AMAZING! They made class both FUN but still very professional. I learned a lot but still had some laughs. After you finish your course you receive your certificate the next day which comes in handy especially if like myself you needed to renew ASAP. It's always nice to continue these courses because you learn tips and tricks that you have never learned before! Not only did I renew my BLS but they helped me renew my confidence in going back to work after some time off. As an instructor, the material she presented was straightforward and easy to understand. It really gives me some confidence and a sense of ease should I ever be faced with the daunting task of performing CPR or giving first aid to anyone in need.
